Do not come here. Got here early was told it was a 10:00 apt got there at 07:00. Saw the sheet apparently propel got things wrong somewhere wasn’t cause they thought it would be a 12:00 dock time. Either way don’t get a call till 02:00 got in the door they unloaded me by 03:00 then sat there till 04:00. They didn’t send the lumper when they where done after an hour I went to find out what was going on and they tried to put the blame on me for not receiving it. No room to back into docks and they are terrible slow. And even though they waste your time the charge lumpers. Will never come here again.
Arrived at 05:45, appointment at 08:00, parked in staging area, got door at 07:45, paperwork at 12:00. It took a little bit long but I’m guessing it was related to the load I had, other drivers that got door after left before. Long nose truck here, if you have to park between two trucks and docks in front are also taken, it’s going to take a bit of work to get it in this would be a good place to drop trailer and park bobtail in staging area. Friendly people, guard at checking in is a cool guy.
I arrived with -4 minutes on my clock, checked in after 10pm my appointment was not until 0630 the next day. Security informed me to park in staging. A BIG THANK YOU! There was parking, but I don't if you can overnight. There was an empty lot big enough to hold at 25 trucks coming from north on 431 1.5 miles on the right. These guys were great, no problems at all!!
People were nice and all..but I had to wait until 545pm to get a door for my 1pm appointment,4pallets..now I wait again for unload and lumper fee.. it hasn't changed since I came here 10 years ago. 723pm and still waiting. I was annoyed 5 hours ago.. taking a star away
I have literally been here for more than 10 hours, and they still are not done. Before you arrive, get food drink and use the restroom.
Been checked in and waiting 9 hours at this point to be unloaded Joe from Norman Arkansas to Albertville Alabama. Even with my pickup confirmation from the broker and the b o l and the product being with me they're saying that because I'm not on their schedule for some reason I have to wait for all other deliveries to be completed before I can be unloaded.
Turn at Wendy's for guard shack. Overnight parking. Nice people. Lumper fee.
Well deserved 5 stars. The entrance is from Ruby Ln, near Wendys. I had my appt at 12noon, i arrived 11pm night before. Checked me in and Let me park overnight . They start unloading at 5am. Ive got a call at 530 to go to dock. 8Am check out. Great people and great company
A bit difficult backing. Takes a while too to get unloaded and you have to pay a lumper which to me is bs. Their facility should pay for that. Most do.
Arrived the night before and checked in with guard. He sent me across highway to their gravel lot to park for the night. Got a call 5:30 in morning to go back to a door. They take your paperwork and text you a link after unloading for lumper fees. Over all not bad. Can get little tight with a lot of trucks in there but not too bad
