Appt was at 8am and it’s noon and I am still sitting here!!! It’s not even busy!!! I still have 1 pallet to drop at another of their locations 2hrs down the road! Probably won’t make it by 5pm unloading ONE truck at time with a cigarette break every five minutes as we WATCH them smoke and not unload!

I arrived with -4 minutes on my clock, checked in after 10pm my appointment was not until 0630 the next day. Security informed me to park in staging. A BIG THANK YOU! There was parking, but I don't if you can overnight. There was an empty lot big enough to hold at 25 trucks coming from north on 431 1.5 miles on the right. These guys were great, no problems at all!!

Is a great place to work with great benefits including those of us who place family above all els. The management team has been extremely friendly and helpful and I can see myself working here for a long time. First shift starts at 6am and ends at 4:30pm second shift starts at 4:30 and ends at 3:30am you have two days off except around holidays we're you can expect a 6day week if you're looking for a good job that will help you grow this is the place to look

A bit difficult backing. Takes a while too to get unloaded and you have to pay a lumper which to me is bs. Their facility should pay for that. Most do.

I arrived at 07.00..appointment was for 08.00 Guard was very nice and I had a door within 15 minutes and offloading started shortly after. Backing is a tad tight but a great learning curve.

I swear and wish I could give them a zero! The broker who booked me a 6am appointment delivery and had me pick it up the evening at 3pm before the day of delivery was not a good idea. I had to travel 4 states, and now that I am here. I been here since Thursday evening, and now it's Monday. Still haven't been unloaded. I am an owner operator, and I promis to keep this place off list of loads to book. I lost $5200.00 in loads that I had for a 3 day span. Fuel is already expensive, and brokers are already beating us! This is a shame!

Wonderfull exp. Appt was 9am and i checked in 10pm a day before. They let me park for overnight. The security took my number and at 5:15am i got a call with dock number. 5:30 to 8:00am for unloading. U gotta pay lumber fee electronically.

Always friendly people. Not the fastest but better than most grocery centers. Even took me a whole day early today. Parking if you get here after midnight

Well first most of the reviews are correct slow place no regard for appt times workers always on smoke breaks

5hr to unload, lumper fees, no overnight parking. Easy check and check out. Very tight place to back in! Process: check in with guard, back in at staging area,wait for call for assign docks, back in dock and wait for lumper to come out for paperwork, pay lumper and they will bring paperwork out.
