We are your neighborhood convenience store that offers hundreds of items in a family friendly environment. We are located at 202 E. Mitchell St. (the site of the former 7-11) in downtown Petoskey. The business is owned and operated by local couple, JJ and Lisa Tuncap. The former 7-11 franchisees were given the opportunity to acquire the business and turn it into their own brand, which they did as Mitchell Street Market.
We offer a wide variety of products and services such as beer and wine, tobacco products, household items, newspapers, fresh coffee, fountain drinks, and Bay Breezers. We have lots of ready-to-eat meals and fresh fruit. We offer propane exchange and sell camp fire wood (seasonally).
There’s always something new and unexpected to find such as creative works from area artists. There are several local restaurants that stock fresh items daily in our store. Currently, you will find sandwiches and salads from Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, pizza from Mighty Fine Pizza, and donuts from Johan’s Pastry Shop.
