Mitsubishi is coming back to town, after some years of absence, they are opening new car agencies and have brought new models for their loyal clients. They have a great sales crew waiting for you, pay them a visit, maybe you will find that your new car is waiting for you in there.
Excellent and prompt attention, I went to get information to renew and buy a part for my truck, and they advised me very well in the spare parts area with Julio and workshop manager Mario, the part did not take more than 5 days to arrive at the agency, I They called and I went for it, at the same time they gave me the installation service, everything was super good!
Very good sales and post-sale service, the maintenance people are always aware of anything additional that the unit may have, that agency is highly recommended
We took the vehicle for an appraisal which reportedly took a week to do the appraisal...they did not give the report in writing. We were constantly talking so they could tell us what the vehicle has. After 3 Doritos they gave the result, it is worth clarifying that we are not from Monterrey. So it's not easy for us to move, so when we picked up the vehicle we realized that they broke the front glass which we returned so that they pay for their stupidity and for which they only have to pay the deductible and they don't want to do it, giving us a thousand excuses. I think not or it's just what they are doing apart from putting a lot of work on us. It should be noted that their service and customer service are not good.
The personal attention is excellent. But they should improve the contact by WhatsApp to schedule the services, they have deficiencies in the treatment and customer service...

TERRIBLE TELEPHONE SERVICE, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO COMMUNICATE BY PHONE FOR WEEKS AND THEY DID NOT ANSWER AT ANY EXTENSION, NOR THE OPERATOR, I HAD TO GO TO MAKE AN ORDER FOR SPARE PARTS, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CALL ME WHEN THE PARTS ARRIVED AND I AM STILL WAITING AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE TO FIND OUT IF THE PARTS HAVE ALREADY ARRIVED. THEY DO NOT ANSWER EVEN IN SALES
They couldn't fix the climate fault on the first appointment, so they charged me for the diagnosis and on the second appointment they repaired the climate that did come under warranty.
Good service and short waiting times. Despite being a foreigner, without a problem I can do 1 hour for my car service for the attention I received
