Founded in 1968 in Mexico City, Mixografia has been a leading printer and publisher of fine art handmade paper prints, multiples and sculptures for over 40 years. Our unique Mixografia printing technique allows artists to create prints in high relief and with extremely fine surface detail, expanding the language of traditional editions.The Mixografia Workshop is a collaborative and experimental environment, which accommodates each artist's unique working style, while pushing the boundaries of traditional printmaking.
Mixografia has worked with more than 90 of the worlds most distinguished artists, including John Baldessari, Ed Ruscha, Louise Bourgeois, Alberto Burri, Pierre Soulages and Frank Stella. We have produced over 500 editions, each of which captures the distinct spirit and intention of the artist, while remaining recognizably a Mixografia print.
