Austin is one of the few stylists I've ever gone to I'm in my 70's who really listened to me & what I want. Also, they have a jigsaw puzzle in the waiting room! What could be better than that?

We came to get my daughters hair done for homecoming with her friend. It ended with both girls crying and hating their hair. The style they gave the girl with straight hair was ugly and looked like the 70s. The beautician didn’t know to do deal with curly hair and brushed it out with a normal brush. Very disappointed. We don’t recommend this to anyone.

So I'm now spending the afternoon apologizing to my wife for her terrible experience at Elements Salon. I sent her there as a gift and they made her sit for an hour past her appointment time before they even called her back to get started on her birthday. She told her stylist she wanted shoulder length with layers and my wife had to leave with her hair longer than she wanted because she didn't have time to keep asking for it to be shorter. The entire plan of the day meeting her mother and sister was ruined since they came from Michigan and had to sit around waiting. It may not always be how it goes there but we definitely won't be back

Had wife and daughter get their hair done for a wedding here. Morgan did an awesome job yet again. Strongly recommend!

Austin did my hair and fit in my husband and son for haircuts. Someone else did my daughter's hair. They were all awesome and if we lived her Austin would definitely be my stylist!

If you have CURLY hair, this is the place to come. I have never had a better hair experience. Gwen is the first stylist that has ever truly listened to my requests. She listen to what I wanted, explained the plan and possible limitations due to my previously colored hair and delivered above and beyond. On top of a great cut color and highlight she taught we how to maximize and enhance my curl. And I mean taught, she explained every step and how and why to do it. I have now done my hair hair twice and it has never been curlier. I still have practicing to do but it is night and day. She is amazing!!! Thank you Gwen!Services: Hair highlighting

Alyssa is really the best! She listens to what you want and then uses her expertise to get you to that point. She takes into consideration how you style your hair every day & how much time you want to devote to it. Her color ideas & skills are amazing—trust her ideas! Did not get the color right, completely different from the picture shown. Didn't want bleach yet they still bleached the hair which wasn't necessary. Probably won't go back.

Took a friends advice to visit this salon for the first time and let me tell you 11/10! I have curly hair and Gwen really showed me the way, I came in with inspo pictures and she took it and ran and I’m blown away with my new, revived, refreshed curls! Will absolutely be coming back!Service: Haircut
