I've been coming here for over a year. Each time I get corn rows. She does a excellent job.

I called Jane on Friday 5/25/2018 at 8am and asked if she could braid my daughter's hair. I asked for two braids and she told me to come sat 12 noon. We were there at 11:58, she was there but was doing someone's hair, but she almost done. I asked her how long it would be and she said an hour and a half. I reminded her the she told me to be there at 12 and she said that she knew but she had another client ahead of me and was behind because she was short staffed. I was too pissed because I needed my daughter's hair braided for my oldest daughter graduation and didn't have a plan b. I turned around and walked out. I go by what I'm told so I won't be going back.

Unprofessional environment. I was visiting from out of town and needed 3 braids tightened. She refused to serve me because I did not originally get my hair done at her salon. She said she was busy and they braid differently. I asked if I could make an appointment I was in town for 2 weeks. She told me no. She did not even look at my hair and assess how it was braided. I will never patron this business.

I booked an appointment for 5pm and the braider didn't show up until 7:30pm . That was the biggest downfall of my experience. Otherwise, they are very quick braiders, clean braids, clean salon, and they have good prices. Next time, I will call and make sure the stylists is there before I arrive

I love the fact that 3 women were working in my hair, did not look like 3 different patterns! No complaints, no issues. In & out I always recommend to schedule an appointment!
