Very good place! The lady that sits in the front at the desk when you first walk in on the left with blonde hair is so helpful, pleasant and nice. The Dr. Was quick and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
I love coming here every year for 4 years back to back!!! Dr. Hong is awesome!!! The office staff is always friendly and helpful!!! Not one time even with the pandemic did it take a long time. In fact I need to renew here shortly so I will be seeing all you badasses soon!!!
I've been coming here for 2 years now and I am so happy to have this clinic. Dr Hong is absolutely the most kind, caring, and understanding doctor I have had. He really listens and understands his patients. The staff as a whole here is what really makes the place though! Each one of them is amazing in their own way and always very kind and helpful. Very helpful office when ever I had to call they are in a good mood and ready to help. Tresh I hope I am spelling that right was very helpful and even called me back at the end of the day to make sure I had got it all going after I had a slight problem. I recommend this place to all my customers who are looking for their med card.
Been coming here for almost 10 years, as well as I drive over an hour just to get there. The Staff is so nice. They also care about the patients that go there and are truly so kind. Dr. Hong is one of last doctors who truly listens and cares about helping me live the best life as I can given my medical conditions, as I have my pain under control. That means I am a better mom too which is the best part, I didn't have to be the mom who said no because of the pain. That in it self is a blessing. A huge shout out to Tresa Baca who never stops at doing everything she can for me in so many situations and different surgeries she is always there for me. Asks about my daughter which is amazing to me, the staff asking things too so it is more of a room of friends instead. So the staff and Dr. Hong Should get 10 STARS
I can’t say enough good things about MMD Medical Doctors. I have been seeing Dr. Hong’s for about 4 years now for pain management. I have a lower back problem that stemmed from an auto accident years ago that has taken a toll on my daily life. Dr. Hong is absolutely amazing and he truly takes the time to really get to know his patients. He truly cares about his patients and he takes the time to listen to the issues that are going on and does everything he can to make sure you can live your life the way it’s suppose to be lived. Because of Dr. Hong, I can live my life pain free and am able to keep up with my 7 year old son. On top of that, the lady’s at the front desk are so extremely friendly and is such a pleasure to see every time I have my appointments. Unlike other doctor appointments, I actually like going to my appointments at MMD Medical Doctors because of the friendly staff and the care I receive.
I’ve been seeing MMD doctors for 2yrs now moving from Fl. I have to say that from checking in the front desk, medical assistant and the doctor my experience is always great! I feel like I’m able to talk to staff and Dr. Hong about any issues I’m having and feel like I’m heard which means a lot in pain management. No matter what I’ve called for in between appointments it’s been handled quickly and professionally never making me feel like a burden which sometimes these days in healthcare it can go both ways. The staff always have a smile even when asking for a UDS!!!
This was a very helpful place They were kind and compassionate and got me the help I needed promptly and with little to no stress. Thank you Dr. Hong as well as the Nurse and admin staff as well!!
