I rarely get my haircut because I don’t trust anyone and have more bad experiences than good. If you have this issue I HIGHLY recommend this salon! She walked thru what she needed to achieve the look I wanted before doing it, I got exactly what I wanted and it is the best cut I have ever had!Service: Haircut
This place may be great for others but unfortunately just not for me. I went in and worked with a Master Stylist. He was very nice and I have no complainants about the atmosphere and or cleanliness of the business. I do not feel that I was heard in what I truly wanted. I wanted layers many layers as well as volume, I even had pictures not like it means anything since my hair looked nothing like the photos when finished. I had long beautiful thick hair which is now flat and thin. I am terribly unhappy and now it will take my hair around 4 to 5 years to grow back because of the thinning that took place from the root of my hairs. I also did express that I do not trust people with my hair and have been working with one person my entire life. Now I know why I do not put my hair in the hands of others because my fear has came true. Many of you, you would say it’s just hair which is fine but to me it’s very important and now I walk around very unhappy with myself.

I’ve now been here multiple times, and each time it has been a great experience. Even after months between cuts, Jia remembered exactly what I want. The staff are all friendly and professional and I was in and out within an hour. They’re great about communicating their policies and appointment reminders. Will be back!Service: Haircut
Wonderful, talented staff. I think I've had a cut and style with almost everyone who works there, and everyone is skilled and a pleasure to talk to. Each stylist listens carefully to what I want, often sharing loads of useful information about maintaining and taking good care of my hair. You can really tell they know their craft and I'm so appreciative for the wonderful service I always receive.
Love my hi lights/color it’s perfect every time I walk out of the salon. They also don’t hi light every time which ruins the health of my hair ends. In the past I was always having to cut short and I love my hair long. Because they do a top bleeding processes on the roots every other time my hair stays healthier and it looks so natural. No more ugly roots to see! And my hair stays long!Service: Hair highlighting
Joy did a phenomenal job with my hair! I am getting married next week and she was so patient spending 3 hours with me, cutting my hair and doing a balayage. My hair looks so natural and it has so much more dimension! I will definitely be going back in the future!!!Services: Haircut

Mosun was wonderful! He did an excellent job styling my hair. He's warm, professional, friendly, and a really neat person. I'm looking forward to working with him again and buying gift cards for my friends. Having your haircut here is Not just a style...... It's an experience.
On my first visit to Mo2 salon I walked in with a hair o mess. 3 in too long, dry and split/tangles at the bottom and the weight was hiding my curls! Haley and I talked beforehand length & enhancing curls in styling plus my preference for just finger styling. Haley understood immediately. She even cut the bottom gradually for me 3 times because my curls; once dry, shrink up 1-1/2 inches easily. I got exactly what I wanted-all her focus on my hair's capability & my preferences. Sure wish I'd taken before and Afters!! Thank you, Haley!
