Mind Over Body Fitness, MOB FIT, is a no nonsense, real approach to securing the best possible fitness and health for our clients in the safest mode possible. Our goal is to help our clients reach their health and fitness goals and over deliver on our clients expectations. We employ multiple disciplines to reach these goals, not limited to the use of barbells, kettlebells, running, jumping rope, bodyweight exercises, etc. We also aim to provide useful information to our members with aim of improving ones fitness, health and quality of life.
