First the funny part all I saw where women waiting in line for an oil change and then I saw why, that nice looking young man. The service is great ladies and you don’t even have to go inside all you have to do is pull up and they come to you. It was fast as well and good prices.
BEST shop in town! I recently had an incredible experience at this auto maintenance shop, and I can confidently say it's the best one I've ever been to. I brought in my 1992 Ford F-150 for multiple repairs Most other shops cringe when they see it knowing it'll be a problem, including a water pump replacement, parking brake adjustment, front and rear brake repairs, steering box fixes, ball joint replacements, and a lot more. They tackled all the issues efficiently and with great skill. What impressed me the most was their excellent communication throughout the process. They kept me informed about potential additional repairs and offered to take care of them. They completed the job quickly and even went the extra mile by throwing in a couple of small parts without charging me. I highly recommend this shop for all your repair needs. I had my timing belt on my truck replaced there recently and I can say I wasn't impressed, normally I do work like this on my own vehicles but I lacked the time so I decided to pay the extra money and take it somewhere. To be clear the actual timing belt install seems to have been done well and I have had no issues so far. My 1st issue is small but I noticed they never removed the timing belt maintenance sticker on the cover of the engine when I got home. It says it was last replaced 13 years/90k miles ago so I'm genuinely surprised they didn't replace it or at least remove it to prevent confusion. My next issues is they replaced the original spring hose clamps for the cheap adjustable clamps with a screw. I know the spring clamps can be annoying to deal with at times but they offer better clamping force especially over time and will last longer vs the cheap adjustable hose clamps, in my opinion that was out of pure laziness. I can understand if a spring clamp was damaged to replace it with a adjustable clamp but none of mine where that I could see up top. They also put the regular green coolant instead of the red coolant my truck calls for and I know had before I left it there. I woulda preferred if the coolant had been replaced with the coolant it calls for but I understand they may of just used what they had on hand. What I found odd is they filled my Radiator with green coolant, but left a decent amount of the original red coolant in the overflow, I know it's just a overflow but still in my opinion I would wanna dump that out and wash it with some water. It would take at most 2-3 minutes. There is some other stuff I left out, the one thing I haven't figured out yet is a random rattling sound coming from the passenger side of the engine. Hopefully I can figure it out soon. I got the truck basically right when they where closing, it took them all day, I woulda rather have waited the next day for the truck if it meant a Lil more time for them to go over things, use the right hose clamps and put a engine belt maintenance sticker in the belt cover. I would highly recommended this place to anyone in the area or passing by. The customer service is wonderful, Jackie in particular has been incredible, so friendly, considerate, smart and quick. They offer more services, I just typically get oil changes, filters and of course they check your air and fluids. I’d give 6 stars if possible.Service: Oil change
If you’d like to go to a place, that’s professional, wonderful price, kind honest with a team that’s worked there a very long time. I highly recommend going here for any of your needs.
They do a good job, however it is frustrating that an oil change has a 1-2 hour wait time you sit in line, in your car. I drove passed, for a week, and each time, the line was around the building. I wish they took appointments. They were alot more expensive than I expected too.
Beautiful little heaven right behind this place, it was so perfectly peaceful. I hung out by the water making tick tock videos, when I was done my mom's car was too. Absolutely perfect! Great job, nice people, thorough, and fairly quick.
Unethical pricing. When I arrived I asked the very nice attendant the price of the oil change. He said 32.99. Minus my coupon. I sat down in the waiting room.I looked up at the board and saw that was the lowest price. The WiFi is excellent. I watched them bring in slightly dirty oil filters to women in the room. Asking whether they should be changed. When they brought mine, I knew mine had been recently changed and was fine so I declined. When I went to check out there were extra items I did not authorize or know about. Wrong, not good business. I would have gladly paid more, if I knew upfront. It is not about the money. It is the honorable thing to do. I will not do business with unethical businesses. The employees are very nice. They are an asset to a business that could be amazing.
I appreciate the good work, very friendly staff. But every time I go to get my 15 minute oil change I’m there for a minimum of 90 minutes. It’s misleading.
