Josh has practiced labor and employment law since his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1986, first in his own practice and later as a partner in Brodie & Rubinsky. In addition to labor and employment, his practice includes small business counseling and litigation, wills and estates.
Prior to his admission to the bar, Josh was the Director of the Center for Fair Employment, an organization providing advice and assistance to employees in labor and employment matters.

Amy began working for Brodie & Rubinsky, P.C. as a law clerk in 2007, and upon her admission to the bar joined the firm as an attorney. She has participated in the prosecution of a number of wage class actions. In addition, Amy represents clients in probate and estate administration matters.
Prior to attending law school, Amy worked for over fifteen years in a financial capacity for a variety of small businesses. She has also been active as a volunteer, including as a member of the Board of Trustees of a local charter school.
Brian Dilks-Brotman, Esquire

Brian began working for Brodie & Rubinsky in the Spring of 2012, shortly after being admitted to the bar. His practice includes wage and hour class actions, employment claims, and estate administration matters.
Prior to attending law school, Brian participated in the Jewish Organizing Initiative fellowship program and worked as a community organizer for organizations advocating universal health care and environmental justice in Boston, MA.
Michael Brodie

Counsel Emeritus Michael Brodie graduated from Temple
University Law School in 1957, and practiced labor law in the Philadelphia area and nationally for over 40 years. Since his 2002 retirement, he has taught at Temple University in the American Studies Program.
Marla Marguglio, Office Manager
Marla is our office manager and responsible for the day-to-day operation of the firm, including financial management. She is responsible for payroll management, record keeping, receiving and making payments, accounting functions, ordering and maintaining equipment and supplies, and handling contacts with vendors. More recently Marla has also undertaken Paralegal Studies which will continue to make her an important asset to our legal team. Marla has more than 20 years of professional experience in various settings with an emphasis on human resources, employee relations, recruiting, personnel development, and team building.
Away from the office Marla performs locally singing for the band No Drama. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and actively provides support and training for the rehabilitation and rescue of Rottweiler dogs. Her spare time is spent performing to raise funds for many of the cancer societies.
