Dr. Schnitzer was helpful today. He listen to my concerns and my complaint about his staff. The new staff there does not care for the patients. They do not return phone calls and tells nothing but lies. The nurse practitioner there not Brittney is very rude. She told me that I could not see the doctor on Friday July 21, 2023. She claims that he was too busy to see me. I told her I will wait on him. But today Dr. Schnitzer straightened everything out and reinsured that it won’t happen again.

Dr. Schnitzer was very helpful and professional in my last visit. He was prepared as he had previously read the results of my MRI and promptly contacted a neurosurgeon on my behalf to further remedy my diagnosis.

I was seen very quickly by Dr. Schnitzer and didn't have to wait long at all to see him! I found him to be very thorough and caring, covering all the bases for my health problems. I highly recommend him!

I have not actually become a patient yet but can speak to the lack of communication by this doctor office.  My concern is first the lack of response to a referral. It would seem reasonable for an acknowledgeable for of a  patient referral. Second when that referred patient calls to verify the process is working they should show a little respect and call them back. It gets even better two calls to their office and they deny I called and that they received the referral. First the calls are actually across a DNS network so times and lengths are part of my record. Second in both cases the party stated she was talking to the office manager and relaying information and had been told by the office manager that it would take a week from receipt of referral for the Doctor to review my record before an appointment time could be set up.  I would suggest to proceed with caution because I am not playing games with your or my time. If I have waited 3 weeks in vain I will use my skills to address the issue here. I have already sent to my Doctor a request for the referral information.  I certainly hope you are not playing a game of losing the paper work so this problem goes away because if you are this problem just got a lot worse.  Reputation  management is what my company does and it is a double edged sword.

Terrific physician.Very professional and takes time to listen to patient concerns in addressing questions.Improving quality of life and mobility is essential.

I have been dealing with bad family genes for 24 years & wish Dr. Schnitzer’s staff also had neck or back issues causing severe pain like their patients to make them more empathetic.

Dr.Schnitzer, is such a caring person. He listens and he really care about your well being . The nurses are great and my wait time wasn't long at all . Thank you guys

Dr. Schnitzer has been my pain management  doctor since 2005. He has been great and has helped me tremendously through all these years. He listens to my cares and concerns and doctors me accordingly to my needs. He also has a great staff, receptionist  as well as nurses.  Thank you Dr Schnitzer.

Dr Edward is always looking out for my best interest and I feel that he’s very knowledgeable in his field of practice.

Dr.Schnitzer is a wonderful doctor who took the time to listen about my daughter's long medical history and the Nurse Practitioner is just as great and compassionate and that is not common these days! The staff and nurses are always kind and great to us and we never have to wait, always in and out within 30 minutes!
