My wife and I went into this store to upgrade our phones and Nicole did an awesome helping us. She was very polite and knowledgeable about the phones and accessories. We'll be going back to this store from now on!

Terrible business. I went there to check them out for a speaker. Bought it, and within 24 hrs the speakers blew. I went in the next day to exchange and they did, but this one was just as terrible as the first. Went to refund it,and was told they don't do refunds. So I was stuck with their trash. Never go here save yourself the headache.

Staff is helpful and not pushy. They never try to sell me more than I need. We're grandfathered in under the old 5 lines for $100/month plan but even the new plans are a steal compared to other carriers.

Went to New ulm store and were out of every phone. They sent me to Mankato saying they had 2 phones and would hold 1 for me until I arrived. Got there 40 minutes later to be told they sold it. Wasted 3 hours driving because of their lies. Very disappointed with the customer service and communication between employees.

I was skeptical at first to try a new company, but now am glad that I did. I have had ZERO dropped calls, I have service everywhere I go, I have had NO troubles with customer service. The service provided is offered at a very reasonable price and I can't imagine going to a different company.

Went into the store at the North Mankato, MN location. The worker told me she only 20 minutes before she closed the store and she asked if I could come back tomorrow. I told her No, Im on call for work and need my phone. She then got an attitude and was rude but she did her job with poor customer service. She said it would take 30 minutes and it only took 12 minutes. "Joan Elizabeth" was her name.

Very unhelpful. Drove an hour to this store for a Sim card I needed for my phone. Internet said because I already had the phone I needed to go to a store. Got to the store and they told me I would have to buy it online. I was pretty upset.

The guys were very helpful finally got something fixed for me that has been a problem for months.

Fantastic staff that truly knows how to help customers.
