My hairstylist was Claire. She was super nice and very thorough. She cut my hair exactly as I asked and she even told me how to style my curtain bangs. This was by far the best haircut I’ve received.Service: Haircut

Azalee is the BEST! I've been getting my hair colored by her after she did my wedding hair and I won't ever go to anyone else! A true artist at what she does. If you want color, she's the right one to go to! I get compliments on the "natural ness" of my crazy colored hair and how well it always looks. Always super vibrant and so much fun. Her personality is just the cherry on top!

Went in for the first time to get some blue highlights put into my hair. Booked with Erika Covey and she did an amazing job. Showed her a picture of what I was going for and she was able to do an excellent job on the style and color. The service was great and never felt uncomfortable during the entire process. Often times you can get someone who can be rough when cutting your hair and it isn't relaxing at all. But I walked out quite satisfied. It is so hard to find a decent hair dresser but I think I'll be coming back here many times in the future.

** See below for edit in response to owner's reply.** Went here for a balayage and cut and ended up with orange choppy hair - uneven and also longer on one side of my head. I mentioned the color issue to the stylist and she agreed this was due to not leaving the lightener in long enough. I had actually brought up needing to use foil and/or leaving the lightener in longer due to the color and texture of my hair as well as my previous experience with this process, and was brushed off. I didn't notice how bad the cut was until I combed my hair out. I have been highlighting/balayaging my hair for three years and going to a different organic salon for two and have never had such poor results. Moral of the story - don't go to a salon that requires you to sign away your expectation for great hair with a waiver written in barely standard English. Also attaching photos of my bright orange hair after leaving the salon, and another photo after I color corrected my own hair at home.

I’ve been to this salon several times. I’ve never been disappointed! My old stylist isn’t there anymore, I decided to let Leah cut my hair. She listened empatheticly as I told her about my previous bad experiences at other salons I recently had a bad experience at another salon and was feeling nervous, my hair cut turned out beautiful. Cristal did my full foil and toner, she was very thorough, even though I have really long hair,she didn’t rush through. Leah helped us pick a toner, I was able to go from really dark brown almost black to an ash brown. My hair is beautiful and I love it. The girls here really know what they are doing and care about making you happy. I ALWAYS leave that salon feeling like every dime was worth it.

Lacey cut and colored my hair few times. Her services are overpriced. One time I booked color and cut, but ended up paying more than $400. She does things and then tells you about the price. Once she did cut and color with many errors. After I brought it up to her attention, she fixed it, but was really mad and started treating me poorly. After that I decided I don't need to put up with this and never came back.Service: Haircut

TL;DR: Extremely misleading pricing. I had a partial foil highlight, no cut, booked online via their website with the owner, Lacey. The quoted cost for this service was $145, up from $130 a few months ago. When I was checked out by another member of staff they charged me $240, a $95 upcharge to add toner and dry/flatiron my hair, services that were provided for the $130 charge previously and have always been included with highlights at other salons. I asked to speak to Lacey about it, instead the stylist checking me out spoke to her, returning telling me there was no flexibility in this upcharge, as Lacey blanked me and moved on to her next client. I like the color but overall the appointment felt rushed due to other clients waiting for my stylist while my color was processing I was early for my appointment and at the end of my appointment. I left with damp hair at the back, not flat ironed thoroughly this was particularly frustrating given I was paying extra for these services, after drying was partially carried out by a junior assistant despite me paying for the top tier stylist. There was no communication about the upcharge being added at any point during appointment reconfirming, when the salon adjusted my appointment time or during my appointment itself. If the cost of the service you are receiving matters to you, be sure to double check before you sit down sit in the chair. If not, you may end up paying 66% more than you planned to like I reluctantly ended up doing.Service: Hairstyling

Love how my bleach and tone turned out!! Thank you Mackenzie!!! She was able to remove a lot of the yellow that every other stylist was leaving behind and now its a super platinum blonde. She also gave me a much needed chop. It was a much needed change for my birthday. Everyone else there was super nice and friendly as well.
