My dresser arrived with minor scrapes and two of its drawers not closing completely. After sending an email to the company, Jenece from Customer Service followed up right away to offer a partial refund to keep as-is. Once I sent photos and asked for a full refund or exchange, Jenece instantly put in the order letting me know when to expect the replacement. I’m not satisfied with how the product arrived, but I’m very pleased with the customer service I was provided.

Good Show room and designs however extremly poor customer service, delivery execution. There is no coordination between delivery team and showroom whatsoever. I had purchased Empire Sofa White. I realized after a month that one of back rest is tilted. I reached out to Modani close to 30 days, but since 7 days had passed they said they could not do anything and offered 25% refund. For the amount of money I paid for the couch Made in China, there are lots of better option available. I also did not know that Modani has no repair service. I am glad that I did not buy any other furniture from them and probably won't do business with them in future.  Piece of advice for Modani, customer service goes very long way. I dealt with some what similar issue with Room & Board. Even after 6 weeks, they fix and replace things/furniture. Services like these has lasting impact!

Had a great experience at Modani picking out a new couch. The showroom is beautiful, and the staff very helpful. Miranda took us around the showroom and delivered excellent customer service while on crutches!! She answered all of our questions and was communicative via email after we left. We are really happy with our couch!!!

Modani Dallas Store does not deserve the highest review score due to the reasons I will describe below, BUT there is a 5 Star Employee there that made all the difference in the after sales, and her name is Jenece.  Jenece you really represents the Brand due to your commitment, professionalism, always caring about customer satisfaction. I made 3 different orders, and 2 of them had issues, and talking with her, showing pictures, she was too commited in help timely. Calling, messaging and giving updates. I have to recognize her above and beyond way to work comparing with interactions with 3 other in the store. You made the difference, and this 5 stars is because of you!!!  My issues: I love what Modani sells. The design of the furniture portfolio is what makes them different from other competitors, but there a problem with the freight that takes a lot of time no matter what you order, for example, they sell promissing to have the order at your home in about 3 weeks, but takes 3 months, and all the time you need to call to check the status, because there is no othet way, and sometimes they say it's alredy in the warehouse, but its not there.. I am disappointed with this lack of accurate update. Due to this one day I went to the store and tried to buy an item in the showroom. The sales representative asked a time to talk with management and never replied back, and later sold to someone else... I tried to buy it due to the uncertain delivery dates, and because I already had one item pending this one to match. I am being generic to focus on the delivery issues and the local team lack of commitment, because every call they ask me to call later in the week  Another issue was with two orders were due to esthetics/cosmetic, quickly solved.  Even having/seeing these issues, my appreciation and time to write this review is to recognize Jenece! She is by far one of the best representative and due to her, I am giving this 5 star review.  Not all issues are big issues, there is always a room for improvement and here I am sharing a little my point of view.  Thank you!!!

We had a great experience purchasing items at Modani. Our sales agent Ka’run was helpful in finding pieces we liked and pricing. Overall good experience.  We had discoloration issue with an outdoor piece and The customer service agent  Barbara was very helpful. She provided the best resolution to the issue.

Had an horrible experience with Modani, bought a couch and in store guys confirmed that it will be delivered within 4weeks but it took 8weeks for the couch to be delivered after multiple follow ups through text and emails. Even after 2month delivery they delivered a wrong product and then redirected me to customer service who said that the item is out of stock and that i have to wait for 2months again before it can be delivered. I asked for mail confirmation on same but they refused to share any tracking number or email on the same. I am not sure whether i will be receiving my expensive furniture even after 4months as there is no tracking of the same.  Customer service team is extremely bad and no customer should experience the same

***My original Google review got hidden when I made an update, so the below is a condensed version***  We ordered several thousand dollars of furniture from Modani in December, as we liked the furniture we saw in the store.  We received our original shipment on 12/30.  The delivery company did not adhere to the delivery window and they almost assembled our furniture in our driveway had I not caught them we asked for delivery, not assembly.  Additionally, the bed we ordered had a defect damaged slats, and predrilled holes were missing on the bed, so the legs had no place to attach to per the included instructions.  I contacted Modani via text 12/31 with pictures but days passed without a response.  I contacted the sales agent we worked with on 1/3, no response.  I texted Modani customer service again on 1/4, and messaged on Instagram, but no response.  On 1/7 I physically went to Modani Dallas, explained the situation, and they confirmed the manufacturing defect but that contacting Modani's customer care is the only way to resolve this.  On 1/9, I called Modani customer service, spoke with an agent who said they would be reaching back out same day, but they did not.  On 1/10, I got a text back saying they placed a replacement order in the system.  On 1/28, the replacement order was received, however it had the same problem as the original order missing predrilled holes for the legs.  I submitted a claim via the website, as instructed in the response to this review, but heard back nothing. It's now 2/2, and I texted their CS number again, to be told they did not receive a claim.  Update 2/28: Modani provided a refund of shipping and taxes still waiting on taxes though for the time and hassle to get this resolved, but I'm content with the resolution. Overall we like our new bed.  If you run into any issues, Jenece is your girl, she's one of the few people I interacted with that truly helped resolve things.

I am very unhappy with the Modani support. I had requested for an item return for store credit immediately within the time frame they mentioned, Howe they never came to pick up and later they are saying that the time is done so they have to take 35% restocking fee. It’s so unfair from their part, we did our part by immediately requesting for a return however they never came and now they are saying it’s late. And they don’t even care to fix their mistake. I am never going to buy from Modani again. Also it took so many emails and phone calls for them to initially deliver the item.

I really like the furniture, but their coordination with their delivery team is terrible. What I was told would be delivered in two weeks ended up taking about nine, with me constantly emailing and texting to complain. Yet somehow everyone I spoke to seemed unaware the issue was even happening. I received one item of my bedroom set and got stuck watching Modani and their delivery/fulfillment team play the blame game with one another for quite awhile. They then did me the courtesy of delivering each item of the set individually, so I had to take multiple days off work just to accept them. Not sure what is going on there, at all. I really hope this is just an outlier. You could not pay me to order through them again for anything I actually needed. :
