I started handling divorce mediation and divorce litigation after going through my own divorce. I suffered extensive Family Court litigation in the Nassau County Family Court. I know what it’s like to be an attorney and a party in the court system.
My divorce practice is based upon 3 beliefs:
1. If you can settle all of your issues, do it. If possible, avoid court;
2. If you can’t settle all of your issues, reach agreements on as many issues as possible; &
3. Only fight battles that you can win.
Divorce mediation is the most efficient method to divorce on Long Island. Whether Nassau or Suffolk, your divorce will be faster, cheaper and less stressful if you mediate.
