I went to your store to get some fresh Basil today. There was none left in the produce area. I rounded the corner and came upon this sad basil plant. I absolutely needed fresh basil for a salad I was making tonight. I asked the cashier if he could discount a dead plant. No he could not so I took it home with me as I was desperate. How can you even sell something like this???
Honestly, it's Walmart so it's never going to be 5 stars. I do, however, appreciate the selection of plus size clothes available as well as many other department options. The staff on the floor is exceptional and always helpful. The reason I'm leaving a review today is because I lost my wallet, called and spoke with the front end lead @1pm. He was super attentive and checked for it. When he returned to the call he was sweet and very apologetic. I really appreciate his assistance.
Not fond of the self checkouts. If I have to use them then I should get paid to checkout and bag my own stuff. Only a few of the electric wheelchairs are actually usable, the rest of them need a recharge after 5-10 minutes of use.
Not a great experience. I had to pull up that stores website to find the correct aisle as to where my grocery items could be found. There was not a single staff around to assist. What happened to the laminated sheets they had at the end of the aisles giving the locations of various grocery items? I'm sure they understaffed too.
We ordered a grocery pickup at the Wisconsin Rapids Walmart since we are sick. It was for 4-5pm. We checked in and sat in the pickup parking spot for a bit over an hour with 3 screaming babies. We called and asked if our order got lost as we saw all the workers serving atleast 5 different cars that showed up way after us. The man who answered when we called pickup said we were next but never asked for our name or order number. Obviously we were no where near next as they served 3 more newer cars. Just something he must say to everyone. We just ended up canceling and leaving without our order. This is the second time grocery pickup has been such a mess and so unorganized. Do no recommend.
Hard to find items I need. No cashiers and I don't feel it's my job to check my items out. Walmart use to value their employees but it's obvious they don't anymore.
Store was a little crowded but that's good for the store. I found everything I needed and checking out was a breeze. It's a great store. I guess that's why I like it so much. Thank You Walmart
The new shopping carts have much higher handles and kid seats, and I can not lift my 3 year old that high to put her in the seat.
Had to do some last minute Christmas shopping, had everything we were looking for. Employees were helpful and friendly. Which sometimes can be difficult during the busy rush of last minute Christmas shopping.
Is it possible to ask your associate to NOT SMOKE by any door the public uses as it goes in everytime the doors open, especially the side doors. Many of us are allergic to 2nd hand smoke. Thank you!
