Bought two fishes from there and no one was able properly assist me. They didn’t tell me the things I would need to do as a new fish owner or how to properly take care of the fishes to ensure their needs are met. I asked questions but the individual who assisted me was unsure and gave me the wrong information. The fish is now dead. I did everything she told me. It would be nice if the employees knew about the animals, the care and the food that they needed.

Good customer service, great selection

I drove 33 minutes to get here. I walked in and went right to the bird seed section. Unfortunately I could not find wild bird seed. I found a young man named Edwin who helped me and I am grateful. Then just this past Saturday I drove back hoping to get more bird seed. Hannah helped me find a few little bags. Look what else I got A little Betta Fish I named Hoshi Momo.

I tried calling no one answered. They need to have a message stating that please no calls

A bitexpensive but has most things you need for pet maintenance. I disnt see a scratching post formy kitten but should be back in stock. They answer the phones as well so i was able to call ahead and cgeck before heading out. They have 2 locations. Also has notice board for new pets

I have a kitten & it's hard to find nice things for cats. They carry a wide variety of items for cats. Customer service can be better.
