I love Dr Modi. She is always thorough and always addresses any concerns I may have. Because she reviews your file and data she found a condition that had gone unnoticed by a previous dr. She has always been friendly and personable to me. I’ve also never had any issues with the front desk or other staff members.

I went here recently for my annual physical and don't understand all the terrible reviews. The office staff was polite and I was seen on-time. Dr. Modi doesn't have the most extroverted personality, but she answered my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. I did take off a few stars because they didn't tell me when booking the appointment that I should book a morning appointment/fast if I was having bloodwork done and I had to go back to a Northshore lab on a different day to get my bloodwork done. I also found the office a little hard to find.

This doctor has no business practicing medicine. At the beginning of each of the few visits I’ve had with her, she has walked into the room with a high and mighty attitude. She didn’t listen to me and my concerns as a patient. She showed a complete lack of respect toward me and possessed a condescending tone in her voice when speaking to me. Not only did I feel bullied by her, but she also made me feel as if I wasn’t capable of making appropriate decisions about my own health. She basically ended the visit with that it’s her way or the highway. I left feeling bullied, belittled, hurt and in pain. Unfortunately this staff at this office is not much better. The front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. In fact, as I was walking out of my most recent appointment, a receptionist had her mask off and quickly put it back on when she saw I was coming out! Shocking?! Sad thing is ...it really didn’t surprise me one bit.

I just love DR.Modi . She always give me and my husband good advice .

I have been going to Dr. Modi for close to 10 yrs. and have referred at least 10 patient to her. I actually love Dr. Modi, but cannot believe they have been overcharging me for years. I also have never written a review for anything but felt this needed to be said. I recently had a physical and was asked some questions about my history in the past, I answered these questions and was charged an additional $240 for a medical visit on top of my annual free physical. They are saying that anything discussed outside the physical will be billed as a medical visit… I was never made aware of this and I’m sure nobody else has been as well. You cannot discuss your Health in a Physical or you will be billed for an additional medical visit. When I called about this and created an audit they said this has been happening since 2013. I will be reviewing this and taking necessary steps to get my money back…this is a total scam. Do not speak in your physical or you will be charged!

Dr. Modi is an excellent doctor. She is thorough and answers all of my questions/concerns. She is very smart. She comes off as a little cool at first but once she has established a relationship w you, she warms up and is kind and friendly. Also, when I am sick she always makes time to fit me into her schedule.

Man, I wish I read the reviews for this woman before seeing her. I was hoping she could provide some feedback on some medications I’ve been taking as well as possible options for reducing some of the life-impacting side effects, but instead she spoke down to me, was incredibly rude, and didn’t actually listen to me or explain anything that I didn’t already know.

She is very cold, which makes her seem uncaring. Bad bedside manner.
