I have been a member and lover of Embra Studio for years from back when it was Modo Yoga, but this was my first visit to the Kentucky location. Beautiful location, with a nice store area, benches, bathrooms, and multiple rooms for classes. Only the nicest and most welcoming yogis work and teach here; the owner, Mer, is one of the sweetest people I've ever met, and there is such a great variety of yoga teachers and classes here. If you are new to yoga, let them know and they'll help you get started.  Great location for the best local yoga studio. My only complaints about the Kentucky studio compared to the Cincinnati studio are that the parking spots are severely limited the lot is about one-eighth the size of Cincinnati's and is shared with more businesses and the women's bathroom only has two shower stalls compared with five at the other location. Other than that, I was really impressed with the studio.

Very welcoming and accessible atmosphere in the foyer and in the studio. Super clean space. The sequences are challenging but are presented in an accessible and non-competitive way which makes Embra a great choice for seasoned yogis and newbies alike. Wide range of scheduling options and easy parking.

Such a great studio with amazing instructors and challenging and humbling classes.  Give the a try if you are new to the area or if you are looking to take your practice to the next level.

First time visiting from out of town and I loved it!  Beautiful space, hot studio, and an amazing teacher shoutout to Mara.  10 out of 10 recommend.

I love Embra studio. The instructors are excellent, the locations are convenient, and I appreciate the late classes since I usually can't get to yoga before 7pm. I also like the variety of classes and flexibility within the classes--you can challenge yourself or go easy, depending on how you feel that day.

Always a wonderful experience! Everyone is so welcoming and never judgmental. 10/10 recommend!

Modo Yoga has three great studios located in the greater Cincinnati area.  The studios are clean and the staff is very friendly.  They offer a variety of classes from hot yoga, to barre, and pilates.  Iron Hour is a challenging class, but one of my favorites.  The instructors are very knowledgeable and help adjust your form so you are performing the exercises correctly.  The studios offer a variety of discounts and specials throughout the year to help each client find the membership that is right for their lifestyle.  I would definitely recommend Modo Yoga to anyone in the area.

I just attended my second yoga session, and I plan on coming back on a regular basis. Everyone in the Modo Yoga studio has been welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful, which made this beginner’s first experiences wonderful. I’ve already had two different instructors and both were amazing...easy to follow and quick to correct my alignment, when necessary. The studio is clean and inviting.

This my Happy-Healthy place to release stress, strengthen my body and clear my mind. I’ve gone to the NKY Studio for years and recently went to the CIncy location - both are great! The instructors are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. There are more than yoga classes too! Try the Cardio-pilates or the Burn 60.  It’s all good for you.
