Never again. I’d give negative stars if I could. For the last 6 months every order has been missing something. Or they added something I didn’t order, like putting cheese on a salad. Just ordered delivery. Chips, salsa and dressing missing. Won’t get fooled again hoping this location goes back to being good.
Perhaps today was just an off day considering the weather etc. However my visit today was not at the company bar status. The health food or ServSafe score was 84 which is below my standard. We were greeted entering the door and didn't have to wait to order. I noticed that the base portions were not consistent on identical items. The line employee didn't hear or listen when the order was placed. He didn't suggest anything. The woman at the end of the counter didn't smile. She didn't have any issue with passing broken chips over the counter. The Multi-flavor Coke dispenser was out of many flavors and was overflowing. A deep drip pan was placed on the floor to catch the excess. Majority of the tables were clean. The floor was mopped. I didn't check the restroom. 3 people ate for $41.
Food was good! They just forgot some of my food but i emailed customer service and got my money back! just wish they were a bit more careful and would look at the order correctly so they won't forget things
Should really wear hairnets!! Got a burrito that was delicious only to get to the end and find a long string of hair tangled around my green peppers! And another piece halfway in my mouth …Disgusting
Unfortunately this will no longer be a location in which my family and I will continue to frequent. I was not greeted when I came in. There were only 2 other dinners in the facility and every single table was dirty. The floor was filthy and I was sticking to it. Both women assumed I could not speak Spanish and spoke about how fat I was while I was placing my order. Then tried to give me a drink cup another customer returned because the lid would not fit. The salsa was all but empty and what was left had gnats in it. I threw everything away and went across the street to chipotle
No customer service, no friendly faces. 3 employees. 1 at the cash register and 2 putting a burrito together for their friends. It took 2 employees to put the a burrito for their friend, on top of that 1 employee kept touching his friend’s face. Just walk out…
Ordered through Door Dash. Delivery was great but food missing from order. Tried reaching Mose by phone and held on line for 30 minutes and no one answers very poor customer service
I wouldn't recommend getting a pickup order here, very slow, they skip your place and the staff is not the best. I ordered online, came to pick it up 30 minutes after and it wasn't ready. I got in line and when it was my turn after 15 minutes I asked about my online order, the guy said: it's here, we'll take care of that in a minute. I had to ask the guy to prepare my order since I was already there and it was my turn to order even if it wasn't an online order there was no point for me to wait, so they decided to start preparing online orders and basically skip mine again. I don't know how they're so slow prepping orders, considering all the food is cooked already and they just have to put it together. Looking at them working is like they really don't care.
Consistently deliver the very wrong order, not like missing one or two things, but like they didn’t even read what you bought. No ability to report issues with delivery online, and the store won’t pick up when you call. As I type this, my call to the store just hung up after being on hold for almost 10 minutes. Terrible customer service.
Pretty clear no one who works here really cares. Just passing the time and serving marginally good food. Go to Chipotle, it's across the street.
