You'd hope when you go and spend $40 on food you'd get something worth the price. This place definitely isn't. While the portion sizes are big, I found that the only reason I even attempted to finish my food was that it was so expensive. The famous queso tasted store bought and almost like nothing at all, the sweet tea was also sub par. Save yourself $40 and go get Taco Bell.
I took the time to write this review because one crew member shined in particular today and I sincerely felt he deserved the recognition. Freddie. Freddie is wonderful. I was welcomed promptly. I never felt rushed. He annunciated everything very well, and as a person who has difficulty hearing, this was most welcome. He even created a nice presentation with the food! Freddie was incredibly attentive and listened to exactly what I asked for as a customer. The extra attention was sincerely appreciated. I've been a patron of Moe's for years across several states, and this was by far my most outstanding experience. Thank you! Pictured: Veggie burrito bowl no meat, no dairy Update: 5 months later, Freddie is still awesome, and now his new coworker Ty is too. They both enhance the customer experience. I remain a pleased customer. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and Vegan options. Allergens are now listed promptly at the beginning.
If you haven't been, you need to go!! From the time you walk in, the awesome creators behind the counter yell Hello! like you're on old friend even if it's your first time in. The selection of proteins, and accompanying selections are fresh and seasoned perfectly!!! AND you get a FREE bag of freshly made tortilla chips with salsa!!!! Prices are reasonable!!!
Food is good but kinda pricey. Also disappointed because they apparently don’t deliver to my apartment complex anymore, which is 5 minutes from the restaurant.
Food was fantastic, and even more important to me, the you can tell as soon as you walk in the people love their job and enjoy it. I recommend this place
I ordered ground beef nachos with a drink $14. The guy that made them didn't have on gloves. I asked him to put them on and he said sorry he forgot. I asked for the nachos to be re made. This is what I got and the chips are stale
Service was poor. Food on line looked sloppy and all mixed up. There was lettuce and pico pieces in the sour cream. The pico looked old. Register had problems and they had to call us back as we were walking out the door to fix the transaction. We got our order yo go and they tossed two large burritos into the bag on top of a pile of crunched up chips.. no salsa..
My first time here, Jim described it as a "Mexican Subway" the servings were huge, staff was friendly and the food was delicious

Okay - so it is very clear that this location is either very short staffed or missing a general manager or shift lead. The Resturant was filthy. Piles of gloves and paper towels in the cooking area because the staff just toss them in the general direction of the can. Old chips were piled up behind the line and chip machine. Cleaning chemicals were left out by the soda machines and tables were all uncleaned. Staff was openly talking about how they were short staffed and hated working there. Corporate needs to step in and hire shift leads and better management.
