At least one of the females in pharmacy is so rude. Time after time my prescription is wrong, delayed or paperwork isn't sent to Dr as requested and then they blame the DRS office and the customer. She is very self righteous, with a never do wrong attitude, in fact she would constantly interrupt, be down right ignorant and then hang up on me, when it was her mistake all along. Too bad, I like the store, the front staff and the male pharmacists a lot, unfortunately, this is an ongoing issue with that pharmacy and I am being forced to switch to a pharmacy much further away until they get rid of the attitude in there. EDIT: I just fixed another issue they messed up, and as I'm thanking the male staff idk who in pharmacy, he hangs up on me... Professional.

I have been going to Moffatt's Pharmacy for all my prescriptions since 1996 and have dealt with all their employees at the Dartmouth Court location long closed. And the location on 184 Portland St. also for my prescriptions and can say some times people have an off day some bring it to work and some don't and the one employee that always has a smile and a kind word is Lori who since 1996,  I have had the pleasure of interacting with her getting my prescription needs filled or questions answered. In my humble opinion she is a valuable asset and employee at the Moffatt's franchise.      Happy Customer

Staff is already great! I get all my prescriptions there now and am very happy with their service! Just yesterday I needed a special item that had to be ordered which I didn't realize when I told the staff I needed it for tomorrow for an appt they were sure to have it in time for me! Really saved me! Thank you so much!

I absolutely do not recommend this store/pharmacy. A friend and I went in looking for something particular and when they didn’t have the item in stock decided to browse. While we’re looking at what the store has to offer the blonde lady working the cash register at the front is peeking around corners ASSUMING we’re stealing. After noticing and trying our best to ignore her we realize the pharmacist is pretending to talk on the phone while staring at us. When I looked down the aisle with a questioning look on my face he asked if you could help us. I replied with “No, can we help you?”. He then said he wanted to know if he could help ya find what we wanted so we could leave. Upon check out I asked the cashier if it was there policy to follow customers around the store. He replied with “They like to watch certain people to make sure nothings going on”. Needless to say I won’t shop here again and I will certainly be calling they’re customer service manager tomorrow.

Moffatt's Pharmacy is an old and traditional pharmacy with a stylish fresque  outside that would need some refurbishing. Customer service was very polite as the lady working inside welcomed me very warmly and thanked me for passing by on my way out. I got everything I need for a very reasonable price.

I only use this drug store and its usually my husband going in,what really hurt was the pharmacists,I l was waiting with my husband for our prescriptions to be filled so we decided to look around and I don't think they noticed that we came back and were sitting down and omg they were back there talking about me and my prescriptions after that I never went back in until last Thursday I don't know who said 10 minute wait but it about 40 minutes and when I left I got in the car and noticed that one of my prescriptions wasn't there so I went back in, my doctor forgot to add it I must say they helped me out that day it was a prescription that I needed so I asked if I could get 1 and they could take it out of when my doctor called it in,they faxed my doctor to tell him  I have been on this medication for a long time   the pharmacist filled my prescription because they knew my Doctor forgot it I just want to say Thank You to the 2 pharmacists who did this for me it was really appreciated!!!

I had a really bad experience here with a rude pharmacy assistant and just never came back. Also it’s pretty expensive, even things like toilet paper is significantly more than shoppers or lawtons..

Hello there... I was totally shocked with the awesome staff...we don't see this anymore. They went above the call of duty to help me...thanks. I have switched to the  pharmacy.

they've been around forever and they believe in customer satisfaction and they go the extra mile for people that they have been dealing with for years great bunch of people and very concerned for their customers

Staff is always nice and very friendly, but Moffatt's Pharmacy is really dated looking and prices are pretty high.
