Great camping! Got some extreme hail but only for an hour. The rest of the weekend was great. Highly recommend. The host was a sweetheart and kept the camp sites well maintained!
25$ a night totally worth it. Nice little campground. Only issue is some campsites are near the road and there is traffic during late hours which might be bit disturbing. Good for stargazing. Restrooms: Restrooms are basically ports potty. No showers though.
Excellent camp ground, $18 a night, and you get a picnic table, fire pit, and access to bathroom porta potty toilet style and water. The host is very nice, the place is price reasonable. My children and I go here every year.
The campground and hosts were great! The bathroom was not so great...stinky. It's NOT the fault of the hosts, but who manages the scheduling of emptying the septic/toilets.
Very well taken care of. Super clean latrines. Great hosts. A little on the small side. Would be cramped during peak season
Beautiful place. It fills up pretty quickly during warm months. Camp host was awesome and very helpful. Restrooms: Cleaned daily. Stayed pretty clean the whole time. Picnic area: All sights have picnic tables. We were able to move the table to accommodate our needs.
Really nice campground, clean bathrooms, water available to carry, paved walking trail to rim, roomy sites, reasonable prices. Jim and Beth are great camp hosts!
Great few nights camp circle. Clean and kind camp host. Near lake fishing. Cool pines and fires at night were relaxing.
Good, clean and quiet camping with a great view of the milky way at night. A short walk from the camping ground leads to a stunning view of the rim.
The campground is in a perfect location for hiking to great Rim views. I only gave it 2 stars because the bathroom was unusable most of the time. There was no ventilation and the stench built up so bad by our second day I couldn't use it. I saw the hosts cleaning the last morning but when I tried to go in the smell was overwhelming and the garbage bag full of feminine hygiene products was still there and had not been changed for 3 days. There are only 2 pit toilets 1 male 1 female for 20 some campsites!! Also, we had to pick up garbage in our campsite as it had not been cleaned between guests.
