I purchased numerous mirrors from them, the largest mirror was being removed by myself and son, the edges were so thin that his corner and my corner peeled away into slivers. Good thing we were wearing gloves. When I returned the mirror I was told they would replace it, the next day they said I dropped the mirror and they would not replace it, when told it went right back into my vehicle, then they came up with other excuses. This mirror was over $300. I just bought the same mirror from another company for half the price. Last time I shop there. They post afterwards they want to fix the problem, their problem. As a senior on pension money is hard to come by and to be embarrassed by them not believing me, infront of other customers made me give up and leave. They had their chance to fix the poor quality work but decided instead to leave me with no solution and out $300. Enough said.
Have been dealing Christina and amazing service and suggestions! She goes out of her way to understand your needs and the fact she loves other employees there gives you a warm and confident feeling. Christina is one of the reasons we picked them to make our custom shower but don't get scared away as there charges are reasonable. I plan to update this review after the install but for now they are amazing! Thank You Moira glass and hang to you wonderful staff!! Doug and Diane
They are absolutely the best!!! I mean this seriously!!! A couple of months ago I moved and the little plastic discs that ride under the glass top of my dining room table went missing... I contacted them - and not only did they have them amazingly they gave them to me!!! I was so surprised!!! Today I picked-up a replacement beveled glass coffee table top - what a beautiful job!! Excellent service - very reasonable prices - caring staff... Remarkable!!!
we recently had a window broken and within 3 & 1/2 hours it was all fixed. They were all so helpful and quick to respond. would definitely recommend them for anyone.
Ordered a custom shower door and it took forever to come in, over a month. When it finally arrived it was made completely wrong and all the measurements were off, it was unusable. They refused to give a refund of the $400 paid for it as we requested. Instead they insisted on making a new door even after we said we would not use the new door and couldn’t afford to wait that long for a door as it is the only shower. Out $400 and had to buy a whole new glass inclosure from another business which only cost $350.
Very good service at first. An amazing employee there showed up and did as I asked was friendly helpful and had spunk. Believe his name was Kyle. Then I did not get a response and called in. They assured me bill was coming. I did not get a bill and decided to go in. When I went in experience was not as nice. The email I was to get A week before got sent but did not make it to me. It was not double checked. I then took my quote from Moira glass out to anothe glass place and it was much cheaper. Won’t be wasting any more time at Moira Glass. Sad was a good place for many years.
the place is amazing however I just went for a quotation for a wood stove door glass I was estimated three times more than any other company that has estimated I was very surprised I'm pretty sure they do quality work but the price was way too much and I ended up going another place
Terrific service from the installation team. The kept the entire area clean. We thought we would have to repaint the walls after installation, but they used such case that we didn't have to do any after care work. We would definitely use this company again!
It was unfortunate but I had a bad experience with staff there recently. Went to pick up 2 very small glass shelves and was told the final price had jumped up by 25%. Now I had called and talked in length about exactly what I needed and described the shelf dimensions and radiuses for two corners perfectly. I even made and emailed a detailed drawing and measurements 4 days before pick up. I asked why the increase all of a sudden and was made to believe it was somehow my fault for their mistake and that they "way" underquoted the final price because they did not understand the scope of work needed. I say that's a load of hooey and that their mistakes should not effect me. I should have walked out and left the glass I guess. Oh well, I won't be using them again as I can't trust their pricing now.
Very disappointed with the services we received. Terrible customer service and very rude. Not the way to be running a business! There are many other glass-mirror companies in the area with much better customer service, and who stand by their products.
