We had been with Statefarm for 36 years, but our agent stopped meeting our needs, so we switched to Moira's office with our new agent, Chloe. They've spent hours helping us straighten out all our personal auto and home policies and commercial auto policies. They've been incredibly professional, proactive, friendly, quick to respond, and frankly, kept us from changing to another insurance carrier. We're so happy we found them and can't recommend them enough.
Shawn with Moira Little's office was very thorough and timely in helping me complete some paperwork for my Life Insurance Policy. She also gave me information on auto insurance rates and discounts that I did not previously know. I appreciate the agency's commitment to hearing what the customer needs and then following through.
Moira Little’s agency is so thorough and very helpful. She and her staff first set me up with a collision company that could offer an expedient appointment. When it worked out that I would be back at school when the parts would come in, they set me up with a new more convenient location near my college. I have never been in an auto accident before, so I am grateful we have a helpful agency. I love my car, so I am glad they found me a quality repair shop, taught me how to rent a car and put through a claim.

I have had Moira Little for my State Farm Agent for a lot of years. She has always looked after my Insurance needs and is a great Agent.
Shawn helped us out and got us the best policy for us right now. She was super personable and had our best intentions in mind when selling us our plan.
I was most impressed by the professional and friendly service that I received. There was no incentive for them to assist me, but Chloe treated me like a policy holder, not a claimant. She offered a solution that worked to resolve the issue that was unsolvable online, and made sure that what we could do, we did. Moira also provided clarity on some aspects of my claim and future possible coverage, which was much needed and a relief. I am grateful for their assistance, and won't blame them for Big Corporate's blunders.
Frankly, this is the best experience I've ever had getting any type of insurance. I have a dog that many insurers would not accept for renters insurance, so I sent an email to ask them if they accepted her. Moira not only responded promptly, but was very personable in the process. Upon calling in to get everything set up, Shawn helped me and was so sweet and informative. Hands down recommend this agency to anyone looking for insurance, they are beyond helpful and great to work with!
