This place is a joke! The hair is not 100% human virgin hair! It matted up as soon as I sprayed it with a little water. Washing and conditioning it is totally going to make the hair worse and the guy will not do anything about it or try to make it right! Unfortunately Joseph is not there anymore. This other short guy, the owner is only making money off of the black community with this fake human hair! As a matter of fact Amazon sell hair too and I still have a wig from Amazon that was cheaper and is not matted up lik the one I purchased less than a month for $200 at MOKA LOKA hair factory and it’s in horrible shape!! Ladies I know you think you’re getting a bargain…..don’t fall for it! Beware of crooks with the “I got you!”

I went to Moka Loka Beauty Supply Other Day they Didn't Have Braid Hair Color I was looking for. I Had to go to Another Beauty Supply Store.

This store is by far the best hair store that I have visited in DFW. We were immediately greeted when we entered store. Joseph really takes his time to listen and understand his customers need. I have never had this experience at any other store. The prices are right as well. You will not be disappointed with the excellent customer service provided!!!! This will now be my go to store for hair and hair products.

Joseph helped me out tremendously. He has the nicest human hair wigs I’ve seen coming out of a beauty supply store. And they had many different products to appease your hair needs!!!!

I’ve been dying to come to this place. I’ve seen the giveaways online. Place is clean and organized also friendly. Joseph is the best salesman. Our children played together.

Love that girl that works there! She loves her iob... you can tell! I called to tell her I was almost there and she was more than happy to stay at work till I came to buy product which was right at closing. She even helped me choose my hair even though she was probably tired. Shes great and the reason I went back second time!
