We were shopping for RV insurance and were referred to this agency. We not only got a great deal on our RV insurance but had them review our homeowners insurance as well. Myron was able to see places we were vulnerable and was able to increase our coverage at a significantly lower cost. Friendly, smart and efficient. It doesn't get any better.
Myron's customer service and customer care is incredible! He is right on top of everything, from the little details to the call when your teen ager has been in an accident. His attention to detail and care for his client's makes you feel like you are family! We couldn't be happier!!
Great Agents. Reviewed our policy with another company, found some areas that were lacking in coverage. Compared the two, Farmers had better coverage for around same cost. No pressure from agent on trying to get us to switch. Feel like we have way better coverage now.
Not only does the Moloky group care that the property they are covering is covered. They make sure that the human they are covering is covered as well. My husband was in an accident involving a semi truck, in Holland, MI, that he was blessed enough to walk away from, and Myron was there,in person, to make sure that he got home to Grand Rapids, safe and sound . This is NOT your average insurance agent or agency! Above and beyond!!!
Who knew moving to Farmers could be so efficient. Myron and his staff updated my policies before I arrived. At the office he explained my coverages, and processed my application in less than an hour.
