Spring Session runs from 8/21/17 to 12/16/17!
Fall classes begin Monday, August 21 with a new time schedule.

Class will be $150 for the 16 week session so please bring check (to Momenta Media LLC) or cash to your first class this week.
New people who want to try out the class can do so for $20. This gets you 2 classes to use up within 2 weeks. If you decide to register for the full semester (you will), you just pay the difference of the full tuition.
If you have any questions about class, payment etc., please ask and we'll accommodate as best we can :)

Here's a recap on what to expect...
Class that works at your pace and skill level to meet your goals. Some people are in it to push the limits of their physical bodies and minds, some come for a great workout, others just come to have fun and make friends. Our desire is to serve everyone's goals. We have complete novices and dudes/dudettes who have been at this a while in every class. Over the years we've found it works best when we all train together in a flexible environment. If you want to break off and train human flags with a friend, you do it. If you want to set up an obstacle course and play H.O.R.S.E. (or P.A.R.K.O.U.R.) you can do that to. Seriously, just have fun with it.
"I'm not in enough shape." OR "I have a small injury so I can't come." Lies. Everyone starts somewhere and we highly doubt all four of your appendages are injured; you can do something to progress. Oh wait they are? Sorry, we should have sent flowers, but come anyway. There is ALWAYS something you can learn, even if you are aren't able to train physically and are waiting to heal. We also dare you to find a more fun or effective way to get in shape.
"I'm not very good at stuff like that." Duh, you haven't done this before. We sucked when we started too. At least you have people to learn from!
This isn't going to be like basketball practice. We're not into mind-numbing drills. Our goal is not to make you hate your life through boring conditioning. We play games, issue challenges and push each other both physically and mentally.
You will be the most sore you will have ever been. You're going to have so much fun, you won't realize that this is the best full body workout you have ever done. period.
Class is $150 for the semester. Insurance ain't cheap. Neither is renting the gym. We've done everything we can to successfully make this the cheapest class in the country. You pay for membership at the beginning and are in for the semester. That easy. We pay all of our bills based on the number of students in the class, so in order to keep it so cheap, we don't do refunds. Keep in mind that comparable classes elsewhere are $20/hr. Open gym is usually at least $10/hr. We'll let you do the math.
*Note that while we offer 2-3 class times a week to choose from, most students only train twice a week. You can do whatever you like; however, keep in mind that whether you train anywhere from 1 insane session to 3 light sessions, recovery time is a key to progression!

Train outside with the gang! Signing up will also give you the option to join our text message group where we talk about life, training and plan outside sessions together.
Bring a friend! The Momenta family started as a group of friends who trained together. Training with friends is the most fun way to train and the fastest way to progress. Car pooling together also saves gas!
Need a ride? No problem. We have a bunch of good lookin' dudes with cars willing to give new guys a lift. Just shoot us a message and we'll hook you up. Don't forget to chip in!
