When my tax accountant decided they will no longer do personal taxes, only small businesses, I had to shop around for a new tax person.  Macknair's is not taking any new clients but when I contacted them, they were very friendly and understandable.

I have been going to Mona for at least 5 years.  She is very professional, thorough and does a great job.  I would and do highly recommend her.

Unprofessional, arrogant, childish place! Don't waste your time, or should I say theirs cause all they care about is getting you out the door and making a joke out of you! Your taxes will be incorrect an they will not care. Save your time an money an go elsewhere!
