From start to finish, the experience of Monarch was undesirable and entirely ineffective. The doctors are not available when needed outside scheduled appointments. And the process of getting a appointment was grueling and an uphill battle. Absolutely recommend to avoid Monarch to any and every person that asks or mentions this horrendous operation. Despite trying.. It is ineffable how terrible the patient care and services are.
I have had great experiences in the past but monarch is not for college students if you are out of state or if you travel a lot. I was told I’d be okay to schedule a psych appointment through a video call while at school and I waited over a month for the appointment. When I finally got checked in they turned me away when they found out I am not currently in NC. I am a North Carolina resident, I am under my parents insurance who live in North Carolina and all of my doctors are in North Carolina. I wish I had been told that I wouldn’t be able to revive treatment when I made the appointment and explained that I would not be in North Carolina when it took place.
They NEVER answer the phone. I was told twice now that someone would call to schedule my next appointment.. and nope they never actually do. Every time you try calling you wait on hold for at least 20+ minutes. Just now I waited on hold for 23 minutes just for the phone to randomly disconnect.
I love Monarch,it's a blessing to receive confirmation for God through your physician assistant,he didn't know that God used him to confirm something I was struggling with,which he might know because when he got on the line for my appointment I felt peace like I've never felt beforeand he was a man if God,because he prophesize to me,Thank You God!!I received it,and today I feel the weight that was lifted off me yesterday.

It was alot of waiting to get started, but they do a decent job.
Consistently prompt, thorough, and dedicated care. Highly recommended.
