One of my favorite places in LA! I've been a member at Monarch since November 2021 and it's such a special place: world class medical, physical therapy, training, and client services staff in an approachable setting. Facilities are incredibly clean, with state of the art equipment including your strength training and conditioning equipment, as well as compression boots, sauna, and cold plunge tubs!, towel service, and showers. I've been in and out of gyms for 20 years but have learned more at Monarch about health, fitness, and nutrition in 1 year than I have in the last 10 through my other fitness endeavors. Joining Monarch has been a game changer for me and it will be for you too.
There are not enough words to describe how much I love Monarch Athletic Club. My husband and I were two of their founding members, and Monarch has truly changed our lives. I had three knee surgeries and Monarch was the perfect place to transition after post-op because I began working with their amazing Physical Therapy staff who helped me not only post surgery but to continue my healing after the traditional PT would have ended. I work closely with Nati and Mariel who have truly changed my life. I love the location of the facility, and the staff becomes your family once a member. Dr. Greene is truly one of the best doctors I have ever worked with!
Monarch Athletic Club is one of the best performance gyms and health clubs in California. They have an amazing DO by the name of Dr. Green who is exceptionally knowledgeable and caring about his patients. Monarch also has some of the best trainers, physical therapists, and so much more. I wish I joined them earlier but so very happy about the outcome of my health and endurance.
Monarch Athletic Club has been my preferred venue for all of my physical needs. Whether I am in need of physical therapy and minor/ major adjustments with my mobility, enhancing my range of motion, or simply working on strengthening my physical weaknesses, Monarch has been my one-stop-shop. As a member for last nine months, Monarch Athletic Club has not fallen short on anything. In addition to Monarch’s modern athletic facility, Monarch’s strength coaches, physical therapists, and staff carry weight in regards to being informative, essential, and up to date with member necessities. With a strategized and observant athletic program, Monarch makes sure that you are continuously improving and getting after whatever you want to achieve physically. This isn’t LA Fitness or Equinox, this is Monarch Athletic Club - KNOWLEDGABLE and well informed staff; clean and modern facility with great offerings and amenities; tasteful music selection.
I’ve been a member at Monarch for 2 years now and feel like I’m surrounded by family and support every time I walk through the door. As a former athlete I love their approach to fitness and wellness, from functional equipment to all the recovery tools, including an ice bath and infra red sauna which have been a godsend. I’ve had so much support from Doctor Greene and Dr Mariel with my various injuries and know I’m being treated by the most forward thinking and educated specialists. I can’t recommend Monarch enough, whatever your level of training
Monarch is like my second home. Everyone is so friendly, the facility is so clean and the gym itself is just stunning. Excellent trainers, recovery station, separate locker rooms with sauna & cold plunge in each…I mean what more could you ask for? Not to mention a doctor in house for all your health needs. : truly the best gym in LA. the facility is magnificent and the people are even better. 10 stars
Very impressed by my experience at Monarch. Dr Greene has thoughtfully and comprehensively! put together something that feels like a mix of a gym, a doctors office, and an exclusive club where your full health and well-being are paramount. Will absolutely be back.
Wow! My body has changed so much and I’ve only been here for a month. I actually enjoy working out which I never have before. At Monarch they think of every detail. The first couple weeks I learned so much about my body through blood tests and physical therapy. They really care about working with you in every angle to achieve your targets. I highly recommend joining Monarch.
I’ve been a member for almost a year now, down 30 pounds since I started and have been going 4x a week. This is the only place in LA I’ve been too that has a doctor, full gym access, trainers daily, and a cold plunge / sauna recovery. They also have a full PT staff for any injuries etc. i highly recommend this spot if you are looking to get back into shape, looking to get in better shape, or are just trying to improve your fitness / nutrition overall!
The most innovative, high-touch health club I’ve ever been a part of. Game changing services, beautiful facility, personalized plans, incredible staff. Truly a one stop shop for all your health and wellness needs. Excited to continue my journey with Monarch!
