Personell answering the phone should be more educated and knowledgeable. It felt like i was speaking to someone with a middle school education and no social skills. No judgement on anyone with lack of education - but its inappropriate to attempt to intimidate civillians on the phone by being rude. If you dont know the answer to a question just say so kindly. If you know how to find the answer, do so kindly. Perhaps they are so indivudally intolerable and thats why they were answering phones- but its not law and order and people have common questions that must be boring but when a civillian is directed to call the court house for those answers, dont be offended when it happens.
