Monique Long is the owner and founder of Monique’s Sweets and Treat’s which is currently located in North Palm Beach, Florida. We are a custom bakery and are available by *appointment orders only*. All of our orders are created specific to your needs. We do not have pre-baked stock but we do bake all of our orders day-of to ensure freshness and quality.
Monique began her career as a cake decorator for a local grocery store. During those years she developed and fine-tuned her unique decorating style. Since her bloodline consist of numerous great chefs, it is only natural that Monique would follow in the footsteps of her family. Monique has been baking and cake decorating for the last 12 years. She recently decided to take her passion for baking and go into business for herself doing something that she really loves. Monique’s creations have been featured at many parties and social events. Since baking is a love of hers, she has managed to add that certain twist to all of her recipe’s that allows her to stand alone in the uniqueness of her work. All of her delicious desserts have a savoring taste that last long after you have tasted it.
