What a beautiful old historic building! Didn’t get to go inside because it was the weekend but everything is well-maintained with a lot of historic plaques and items outside to look at. The grass is very green it’s nice to just walk around and enjoy the architecture. Outside is a large monument that points out all the historic markers in mono county.
It’s a Victorian wedding cake of a building and so nice that it exists and is still used for its original purpose. Court was in session and I did not go upstairs, but the downstairs interior is restrained and dignified in an old fashioned way. I had no official business there and can’t speak of how the wheels of justice and bureaucracy move.
Well preserved and still operational! Behind it is the original jail, which is unlocked on weekends, and a must see!
The architecture of building is very nice. It stands out easily on the Main Street of Bridgeport town. At first I thought the building to be a church. Good place for photography
We stopped here passing through. We had lunch on a nice bench in the shade wile taking in the vintage scenery.
Translated by Google Stopped here on Independence Day. It was nice to be with people. The delicious BBQ lunch was great. Original . .
