I am writing this on behalf of my mother who had a recent bad experience with this dental clinic. Something is very fishy with the receptionists at this clinic. They have sold my mother an “insurance” that is suppose to discount any services from this clinic. They have told her THREE different prices for the TWO crowns she was suppose to get. The price went from $1000 to $2000 to $3000! All, according to them, is after their discount. Each receptionist has said a different price, none would give the same answer. I would not believe a single thing that comes out of these people’s mouth. It’s as if they are making up prices on the spot. I doubt the prices they were telling my mother is true and tried to scam my mother of her money. There is also no professionalism as they sent my mother to pick up tools, which is THEIR responsibility, according to the doctor. They were rude and condescending to my mother and tried to take advantage of her. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE.
They say one price in then change it . The get pronated on the radio about a free consult but end up charging you . All they care is about money. They take advantage mainly of Hispanic because it really hard to pay for insurance. Wouldn’t recommend it her office lady’s are rude .

Second time here, first time was ok, less expensive then other places. My second time to repair a crown that fell due to improper installation, during my visit they told my I had some cavities that needed to be fill, letting them do this was the worse mistake I made, now I have more sensitivity then ever. A mouth guard was also recommended during the visit which I ordered and paid for, when I came to pick it up they where charging me $60 for storage of the guard for not picking up on time. I decided to let them keep it and not do anymore businesses with them.
I highly recommend Edith as hygienist she took her time and explain all the process I am very thankful with all the front desk ladies answering all my questions and concerns they are so polite and always with a great attitude

Watch out going to this place they overcharge and they add hidden fees
The staff was nice. But I went to this place because it claims it's affordable. For my first visit I was told I needed a deep cleaning done and that it would be $600. I got it done. After getting this done and the numbing and swollen guns went down I noticed that I still had build up around my back molars in and out and also in some front teeth. Overall for $600 and it was not done at it's best. I'm highly disappointed and do not think I will be coming back. I do not recommend for the pricing and the quality of the work.
I was there for a first time visit. They were really rude, specially the girl who helped me at fist, she had an attitude and yield to my wife to let us know that she couldn’t be at the waiting area. the only reason why I’m giving a them 3 star is because the blonde girl sitting in the back desk by the wall was very nice and polite to meDon't know her name as well as the guy who took me into the room. Thanks to them you are receiving a 3 star, need more people like them in the world.
