I went the first time and it was a 2 out of 5. I said ok let’s try again..NOPE. Gave them 4 tries because they were close by. Horrible manicure and pedicure!!! Sloppy, careless. I asked if they had a color the girl goes “check the wall” I said I did-maybe you can check plz. She didn’t-and she didn’t care. I rather go somewhere else.Service: Manicure

I had a very unfortunate experience a short time ago. It was not handled well so I wrote a negative review. It has since been resolved. The owner and her manager Julie were genuine in their apologies, refund and store credit. I know they felt awful. I didn't think I'd return but I went in today to redeem my credit and I was treated like a star. Julia is really really nice. She can be funny and silly but today she was mellow just wanting me to close my eyes and relax. She definitely pampered me and I needed the great services she provided. I'm grateful for the respect and care that I enjoyed today. Sincerely ~ Christine

I have been going there for about a year ago. It is so close to my house so it's convenient. Young the owner and the entire staff is super friendly and welcoming. They treat you with respect and kindness and all the customers are on a first name basis. Everytime I call they already know what I want. Money well spent.

Owner filed my skin, which caused a cut and she was rushing the entire time. Not relaxing at all and was rude. Powder dip was all over my hands and came out very messy, totally uneven. I could do my own nails better than how they came out. I’ve been coming here for a year now and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. But any time the owner does my nails it’s rushed and I end up with cuts and burns.Service: Dip powder

My family & I have been going here for years now, out of convenience of location. For as long as I can remember each experience becomes more unpleasant as the years go by. The owner is rude & judgmental.. & seems careless of her poor work / attitude. My mom is ill & can't make it out of the house many days, so she continued going here. She now has severe burns to her face, & instead of the workers owning up to it, they proceeded to ask my mom to pay & even had the NERVE to ask for a tip... I can remember multiple times i've gotten burned by a nail filer, or the workers cut my cuticle badly... one time even resulted in an infection. It's a shame this place has such decent reviews, NO ONE wants to feel negative energy / judgement while trying to RELAX.Services: Acrylic nails

Horrible service. What else can I really say. I walked in at 1:05pm asked for a pedicure, they asked me to take a seat in the pedicure chair. I waited about 20 mins in the chair finally someone came over to do my pedicure and they called her over to do someone else first, so at this point i just got up and left. I live extremely close and this is my SECOND time hating the service here. I would’ve even preferred if they told me it was going to be a long wait. Thank you but no thank you.
