TERRIBLE. Ordered bags from this company for opening new gym and was so incredibly disappointed in the quality, service, and outcome. We ordered 26 white bags, when opening them from the cardboard box and plastic wrap, every single bag was stained with blue/ black marks all over it. When contacting the company about this initially, they said the bags must've just gotten dirty from us unpacking and that white bags are hard to keep clean. They even told us to try cleaning them with gasoline. After sending more videos and photos where the stains were clearly coming from the inside of the bag, they blamed the bag manufacturer who filled them and admitted they did not check the bags before they were sent to us! We were given no option to receive new bags, even though what we ordered was totally incorrect at fault of the company. They take absolutely no responsibility or actions to fix the problem, just blame the customer. Terrible, never order from here.
Ok, so Mike at Monster told me to stop emailing about a cheap bag rack that already breaking at the welds. We’ve only had this bag for 6 months and Mike insists it was how we assembled it. So we are back to state the facts after further evaluating the problem. The posts are made from 1/8” steel. The brackets that are welded on with no bracing are 1/4”. The 18” post is failing at the weld. MEANING… the weld on the 1/4” was to hot and weakened the 1/8” steel on the post. I have been checking and two other posts out of six have welds failing. This is what I tried explaining to “Mike” at Monster and they insist it wasn’t the fabrication on their part. Stay tuned, our engineers will be in this weekend to evaluate if there “should” have been bracing on top and 45 degrees from the posts. Talk to you next week.
Buyer beware! First my ring kept getting delayed and they kept making excuses about why it took so long. After finally getting the product on arrival there was no instructions included. It took some time to get someone to send the instructions and when they did they sent instructions for a different ring. Once putting it together the outside bars were not the right length. After contacting the company about this they ensured me it was because I was not putting it together properly. There is no way to make the pieces fit.Their customer service is a joke and they are thieving liars!
One post weld is failing. This company says it’s from the installation. That’s a joke. It’s a bolt together system. Look at the photos and you tell me if you trust the welds
We already reviewed. Had our bag rack up and used daily for fitness. After 6 months, it is cracking. Terrible company
Realistically just a Chinese built ring at an American price. Welds missing on the trusses, weld quality is Chinese level, cracking/porosity etc...resulting in some decent rework to continue using. I could have bought two rings for the same price from a reputable supplier in China and kinda wish I had. As soon as you've paid, that's the point that you can no longer contact them, emails just don't come back. Some of the ring dressings arrived in the wrong colour, but they didn't want to know about it.
Over the course of the last 29 years I have bought 3 rings from monster rings. We run more than 100 events a year. The first two rings were still in great shape when I resold them. Our current is 11 years old in fantastic shape.
Superior quality martial arts equipment. Valhalla MMA, we've had over 1000 fights in our Monster Cage. 10 years later, it still looks new. We also own a Monster Ring. "Quality is no accident." Thank you Salen and Mike!
They have really good high prices but the rings and equipment looks awesome so I’m going to buy a ring from there I’m 13 years old and Monster rings and cages vs high sports who will win
