Always a fabulous experience. The front desk managers and associates are amazing and consistently go above and beyond. Rooms have recently been updated and are better than ever. The sport shop always offers something fun to do and bowling and the free arcade is a must. The only disappointment is room service mistakes and restaurant food quality seems to have diminished. All in all, our favorite place to “staycation”.
Disappointed with the Customer Service I recently made a reservation at Montage at Deer Valley but had to cancel due to a last-minute change in my son's soccer game schedule. Understandably, hotels have cancellation policies, but I was surprised at the unwillingness to accommodate or understand my situation, especially considering the low occupancy during our booking period. I had a conversation with the reservation manager, James, hoping for a sympathetic ear. Unfortunately, the interaction was far from satisfactory. While other reputed establishments like Four Seasons and Marriott have shown flexibility in similar circumstances, Montage at Deer Valley chose not to. My family and I travel frequently, and we were genuinely looking forward to experiencing this hotel. However, the customer service experience left a sour note. In the hospitality industry, understanding and flexibility can go a long way in building loyalty. Sadly, I feel this opportunity was missed here. Hotel’s response was inflexible, unsympathetic, and came across as opportunistic, capitalizing on my honest mistake. I urge potential visitors to think twice. There are plenty of other accommodations that value and understand the nuances of genuine customer service.
I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels but this one was by far the nicest. Gorgeous, fresh and clean, amazing staff, and don’t even get me started on the food. Hotel restaurants are usually nice, but everything we tried over the three days was DELICIOUS. You need to go to Apex even if it’s just for the sourdough and honey butter with toasted rosemary.
Thank you to the team that came to the Ronald McDonald House in Salt Lake tonight! The dinner you guys provided was exceptional! My family and I have been here since January and the meal that you and your Chef prepared for everyone was by far the best we have had during our stay here! Your team also took the time to talk and connect with the families here, that was above and beyond! I even had the chance to meet the Chef! From my family, thanks again for a wonderful dinner!
Happy we made the trip for another visit. Awesome resort and always consistent. They were doing repairs/renovations during our stay but wasn't a burden.Rooms: 5/5
we went to the Apex restaurant during Dine about. it was a two course lunch offering. the carrot soup was wonderful the chicken schnitzel was overcooked and my trout was undercooked.Service: 4/5
Beautiful surroundings. The staff is professional friendly and ready to assist in every way. I loved the pools so relaxing. Many nearby fun things to do. Wish I could live there.Rooms: 5/5
A gorgeous hotel- outstanding views and doggies are welcome! They provide homemade S’mores at night from 7-8. Quiet in summer- I’m sure it is packed during ski season Rooms: 5/5
We went there to celebrate my 55th birthday. Everything was absolutely perfect. Benny, Adam, Sebastian, Collin, and the rest of the staff made every minute of our stay fantastic. One of the best experiences I've ever had. Can't wait to return!
Did not stay here. Was working with Habitat for Humanity and Montage. With what I saw I was so impressed with the staff I definitely when do a weekend here. Being a old lift operator back in the day of start up for Mayflower I'm definitely coming. Everyone needs to see this placeService: 5/5
