Montclair Skate park

Would have given more stars if it was consistently open when it is supposed to be. The park itself is well maintained and very fun. It features a large street section and two big bowls. It's actually really impressive for such a small space. The vibe is usually good too, with everyone being respectful.

My granddaughter takes skateboard lessons at this skate park in Montclair, little known fact. The park is designed by SBHOF Steve Alba, a Montclair native. Micke Alba, 2x SBHOF inductee gives lessons every Saturday morning. Show up and hit him up. Show up on Saturday mornings around 9 am and enjoy a group of OG SKATERS who come to Montclair skate park from all over SoCal

Nice, quiet park. Large grass area. Several shade trees. Picnic tables. Next to enclosed skate park. Kid friendly play area with plastic slide, swings and other park favorites. Also next to community center, city medical clinic, library, senior center.

The skate park here is awesome. Two bowls, plus some other areas more accessible to a beginner like me. Today it was closed as punishment for tagging.

Great park but cops are always coming to give tickets to kids without helmets. Not cool. Montclair pd needs to find something better to do other than ruin kids days.

This park is good! There's only one COP that always goes to give out tickets. He has nothing better to do. And seems to be affriad of going after criminals, so likes to get skaters instead.. Wow! Ridiculous!! Sign should say MUST BE 18 and enter at your own risk to skate without pads and helmet ... Cmon NOW!!

Great place for kids, dogs, and family, or just get a book from library near by to read!!! Also pay your bill on the city hall next to this park!!! Good to place to do different kind of thing.

A great park for kids and teens. There is the water park play area for the little ones and a skate park area for the teens. I brought my kids here when they were little. Great park for birthdays and a safe environment.

My granddaughter loves this park she had her birthday party here.

Skateboard park, water park..... Keep the kids happy....
