Montecito Dental- Dr. Heddamarie UT Hart

I have been a patient if Dr. Hart’s for 15 years. My family has too. I hadn’t been in for awhile and was experiencing pain. I called Monday, got in Tuesday morning. Michelle is one of the best in any medical profession. So kind, gentle, has great energy and explained everything. Dr. Hart was out so Dr. Rodriguez took care of me. She was also so kind and explained everything. In addition to that, she was constantly concerned about my paid and comfort. In addition to all of this, Dr. Hart had literally saved my life years back when another dentist did a root canal ending in a huge infection. She is amazing. Go see this team!

I recently had the most terrible tooth pain that sprang up very quickly. Montecito Dental got me into their office the very next day, quickly diagnosed the problem, took immediate steps to relieve the pain, and went above and beyond to quickly get me the follow on care I needed. They were compassionate, caring, and professional. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Hart and the entire staff at Montecito Dental. Thank you ladies!

Approximately 2.5 years ago, I was concerned that I'd find a dental clinic suitable enough to call it, "My dental clinic, or my dentist." Being in the military for 24+ years, I never had to search around to find dental care since it was always provided to me - now that I'm retired, it was time to find a place. I stumbled across this office one day; completed the required paperwork, and scheduled my first cleaning appointment. When that day arrived, I will say that I was thoroughly impressed...and relieved. Relieved because the people working there were not only friendly, but very professional. They listened to my concerns and provided ample feedback on different courses of action depending on my schedule. I really enjoyed the fact that they weren't pushy on anything, nor did they look at me like I was some disgusting thing on this planet because I didn't want to fix certain issues with my teeth right away. The people here are very flexible and make you feel at home. Recently, I had a crown applied to my tooth...this was a result from an issue I had been dealing with for almost 3 years just didn't want to bring it up, nor did I want to pay for it. This was my first crown applied and I was a bit skeptical in the beginning because I've heard of issues that other people had during the application process. I will say this...FLAWLESS...completely flawless execution! No issues; no complaints, and no more food trapped between the two teeth which was very annoying. Put a crown on Dr. Gupta for her remarkable work!! She definitely changed my life for the better. In addition to the crown, my cleaning appointments have been nothing short of outstanding. Rhonda, the hygienist, always does a superb job on cleaning my teeth. Aside from her lack of keeping up with the newest movies released, she definitely sets the tone on quality work. Another notable worker in that clinic is Michelle. Although, I've only had three visits in which she was present, during those three visits, she has been very upbeat, and provided stellar workmanship during my exams and during the crown application. Her and Dr. Gupta make a great team! Last but not least, Angela has always been very friendly up in the front office since day 1 of visiting this clinic. Honestly, I don't think she is capable of ever being unfriendly. She is very caring and provides great customer service to patients! I've also noticed her providing detailed customer service to other patients as well so it's not a hit-or-miss with her...she is ALWAYS this way. I know this post was longer than the norm, but if these workers are going to take the time to provide quality care, then I wanted to take some time to recognize these outstanding workers that I had the privilege of experiencing. Thank you to these great workers and the rest of the staff I'm not certain how many people work here, but I'm sure they're all remarkable! I now identify this place as "MY" dental clinic.

I have never had much to say about any Dentist, I have found in my 59 years that most just don't listen to you about what the problems are, or they know everything about your teeth and your body and you know little to nothing about your teeth or body. I even had a dentist tell me that their was no way I could possibly be in the amount of pain I was in when my front tooth got knocked into my lower lip and had to be literally pulled out of my lip by tongs. Then one day at work I had a tooth that broke and a fellow worker told me not to worry his wife would fix me up in no time. I went to Dr. Hart and I was happy to find her very competent, professional, and gentle. She was very caring and doing everything to treat me with a focus on what was best for me, while leaving the final choices totally up to me. Not one bit pushy or trying to sell me something I didn't need. I further found the office very clean and comfortable. Her staff was very knowledgeable and polite, while respectful. If I had to put it into a nut shell it seemed to me that the staff and the doctor had a great working relationship that seemed more family like, not stressed or forced. this made me feel less stressed. I have no difficulty referring anyone to Dr Hart and in fact did so when my wife had need of her services. My wife found the same quality care was given to her as I. I will continue to see Dr Hart for all my dental needs in the future and recommend everyone else do the same. If more examples of Dr Harts expertise and character are needed let me just say this, I live in Pahrump Nevada and travel 125 miles round trip to my appointments. If I didn't think her skills were great I would certainly not make the trip. I rate 5+5=10 stars the other five is from my wife.

Friendly and efficient dental services. Great people who go out of their way to make sure you get the care you need. Reasonably priced and many insurance plans accepted I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. I enjoy seeing everyone who works there. They have all become my friends I can recommend Montecito Dental with out reservation!

Professional...Clean... and Great Customer Care. I would recommend trying Dr. Hart to all My Friends and My Family if you are thinking about making a change to your current Dental Team. All of the staff at Montecito Dental are caring, professional, and go out of their way to ensure that your experience is a great one! While I have much anxiety while visiting the dentist, Dr. Hart and her hygienist, Mary, make me feel at ease. The staff members all female are all equally as accommodating. I only wish I had found her office much sooner in life.

The people who work here are super friendly all the time!! Angela is the best she always remembers things I tell her and I feel like she really cares about me and my family that go there! Dr Hart has a great office

STOP! Don't know who is writing these other reviews, but we had one mistake after another! Asked for a claim on a Crown. After 6 weeks, found out from our insurance co that the dentists office never contacted them at all. One Crown came in, an office Tech sanded the Crown down too much and put a hole in the middle of it, while Dr. Hart was on the phone in the lobby asking her child how his school day went. Had to order another Crown. All the Temp Crowns kept falling out & they only recommended Polygrip to keep it in! 2nd Crown didn't fit, again alot of sanding! Over 6 months later, that Crown broke, husband swallowed it. Went to a new Dentist, The Tooth, and despite that office requesting dental files from Dr. Hart 3 TIMES, they never got them! So, we have to pay nearly $600. for a new Crown, because our insurance expired on replacing a damaged Crown. Called Dr. Hart several times to complain, she REFUSES to call us back! I read alot of negative reviews about Dr. Harts office, but was foolish to proceed. I guess this is what you get from a Dentist who trained in a third world country! Never again! Don't like being played!

Great experience. Dr. Hart and her staff treat patients like family! I’m so excited about my Invisalign journey. I was so lost looking for a doctor. After meeting Dr. Hart and her staff my decision was made. I can’t wait to see my teeth at the end of my Invisalign. If your looking for a dentist this is the office to call.
