They was told not to turn on water to house because Water faucet was not install.The woman at City Hall repeat it back to me that the water should not be turned on. They turned it on going to the house and it leaked in my kids bathroom into the hallway in front of my kid's bedroom. It has now messed up the new sheet rock that was installed messed the floor up and water in my A/C vents.
