A great purchasing experience. So often buying a car feels like a battle and this was nothing like that. Chip was great to work with and helped throughout the process to stay focused on making sure I got the vehicle I wanted. I would highly recommend the whole team and Chip especially.
If you haven’t bought a car from Chip Hackney…you are missing out on a fun experience. Chip is absolutely wonderful. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Montgomery and 2 from Chip. He is so patient and non judgmental. He will keep you laughing and make it seem like the process will take minutes. I am already looking forward to a 3rd experience when I am ready to trade in my 2021 Camaro. You all better be running to Montgomery for Chip to help you out. You will walk away with a fabulous experience and get to have the feeling I have had twice. HE IS THE BEST!!!!

I give Montgomery Chevrolet five star, because I have had good experience with them. The people are very respectful and when you wait on your car to get service, they have a comfortable place for you to watch TV coffee water. I have no complaints. Good job you guys keep the good work.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership! Chip was my salesman and he delivered an excellent service. I came in with doubts because of my credit history but he made sure that I left the dealership with a brand new 2023 Chevy Malibu. The experience was relaxing and I didn't feel embarrassed nor pressured and the staff and the Managers were very kind-hearted and I love the teamwork there. Would definitely recommend this dealership!! 10/10 experience!!
We had a great experience with Jack Shelton. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and the price was more than fair. In just 2 hours , we drove away with the exact used car that we had been searching for for months. And we were able to trade in our car with no hassle. Montgomery Chevrolet will now be the first place we look for all future cars. There was none of the pressure that we experienced at other dealers. Thanks, Jack, for a great car buying experience.
9/12/23, I am not a happy camper. I guess my car has to break down and not turn on and get tow to the dealership for them to find the problem. I will not come back to the dealership to get my car service there anymore. They couldn't find the problem on September 12, 2023. I left my car overnight. On September 13, 2023. I called in the late afternoon to ask for an update. The young lady stated that tech still couldn't find what was wrong with my car. So i picked up my car, I had a full tank of gas, it was on the line before half a tank, the tech drove it for 8 miles and left my car running for while to see if anything happens, still didn't find anything. So the September 14, 2023 my car did the same thing and turned off while I was at the stop light. I have to wait for 10 minutes to get it started again. I drove back home and made another appointment for Friday 9/15/23, for 8 am. Told them the same problem. I called around 3 or 330 pm. To get an update. They haven't even looked at my car and I had appointment. The young lady said that they were backed up. The young lady ask me if they can keep my car, over the weekend. At first I said ok, maybe they can find out what the problem. The young lady stated, they do oil change only. I said to her why would l leave my car there the whole weekend for it not to checked out. I picked up my car and I guess he was the tech or supervisor had me sign a paper stating they couldn't look at my car, because I had to take my car. You had all day and to check it. I know when he brought my car to me my air was on, in which I didn't have it on when I dropped my car off because it was cold at 6:30 in the morning and now my radio don't work, someone was in the car. The tech or whomever I spoken to, made me feel like did something wrong.
The service department is great! I was in a really tough spot and needed my car repaired. Morgan took great care of me. She put my mind at ease, reassured me, and helped alleviate my anxieties regarding the situation. She kept me informed, and her communication was nothing short of excellent. Tim even took pictures of what was wrong and took the time to explain what happened. All in all Michael has a really good team. They took great care of me. I could say it till I'm blue in the face and it still wouldn't be enough, but I highly recommend Morgan as an advisor.
I was quoted the wrong price for my service to start with $1252 original quite get a call a couple days later saying it’s actually $2190. I need to make arrangements to pick up my vehicle because I didn’t have the extra $938 that was added. I arranged for tow truck to pick my vehicle up on 6/5. I called to pay for the diagnostic test ran and was left on hold for 15 minutes by then my daughter had arrived as did the tow truck. Maria was off that day so she didn’t update my paperwork to say I declined the repairs because of the price difference. So I guess they had to contact her at home to find and update my paperwork. I actually paid for my services by providing my card number over the phone to my daughter as I sat on hold. Once the payment had been made it took another 30 minutes before my car key was found and my tow truck was ready to leave. Michael service manager avoided eye contact with daughter as they really could not find the key. When I told my daughter to ask for the company’s manager my key magically appeared. This has by far been the WORST experience I have had. I get all my oil changes at this dealership and I am beyond disappointed with the service my daughter and I received. There is actually a voicemail that I left not sure who line it was on but I left it as I was on the phone with my daughter. At one point they told my daughter they gave the key to the tow truck driver and when she called the driver he stated no one brought him a key. That is when I told her to ask for a company manager. It may not mean much to y’all but my daughter was late to work due to the unprofessional services we received on Monday.
