This is my favorite jewelry store to buy things for my mom and myself. I just bought a beautiful ring with color gemstones for Mother’s Day. The owner Chase always give me the best advice on the things that fits better for my mom.
Montgomery Jewelers is by far the best in OC! Ask for Chase when you go there, he'll take care of you. They have an honest and pleasant staff, quick return time, and great prices. Couldn't recommend more.
I took my ring to this jeweler That my boyfriend bought me in Maui. The ring has six small diamonds and three emeralds… One of the emeralds fell out a couple days ago and I have not been able to find it… the ring has great sentimental value. At the advice of my mom, I took my ring to Omar at Montgomery jewelry and he told me “no problem” he could find an emerald the same size and color to fit in the ring. He would also check the other prongs and tighten them if needed. They did this at minimal cost and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Thank you Montgomery Jewelers!!
Some of the best work I have ever seen is crafted in this store. I absolutely love designing my family gifts and personal pieces with Montgomery Jewelers. I highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone who likes to know their jewelry is safe.
I brought my new invicta watch to Charles Montgomery. The glass was cracked, he fixed it quickly for $35. Before i brought the watch to Charles, i got another estimate at a different jewelry repair store to fix the glass. They wanted $130. i'm glad Charles gave me a great deal. I highly recommend to go see Charles.
Linda and Chase were awesome! They helped my husband find the perfect ring and they even offered to clean my ring! Very sweet! Totally recommend!!
I left a review here on Feb. 5, 2011 and for some reason it magically disappeared some time after May 2018. So let me recap here. A bit to much on the high end... $20 to replace a single battery on a cheap Casio watch. I wasn't informed of any estimate even though I had 5 watches serviced at one time. I'm partially to blame for not asking a head of time but no service prices were anywhere to be seen and not forth coming about excessive pricing before preforming service. Just be sure to get an estimate beforehand or you could pay a hefty price.
They're amazing and go above and beyond every time. They've found issues in my jewelry that I've bought other places and have been so helpful.
This place is the worst. Do not give this store your business under any circumstances. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The gentlemen doing repairs does not know how to talk to people, plain and simple. Just really rude. The last time someone spoke to me in such a condescending manner, I think I was in middle school. Even if they offer a reply to this review, just don't give this place a chance. With all the options we have as consumers, no one should be treated like this.
