This is the cleanest airport I've ever been too. It's smaller then the ones I'm used to but I like that. I always get front row parking too : The bathrooms are spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Appropriate sized airport with easy checking, friendly help desk, small convenience shop and small bar Runway28 inside secure area. I appreciated the university paintings on the wall.  Ramp Safety needs to be improved.

Excellent Regional Airport that has many of the conveniences of larger airports including shopping, restaurants, a bar, extremely efficient rental car services, jet bridges, etc. And at least one you won't find in larger terminals: Rocking chairs with a view!

Roaches were crawling all over the men’s restroom inside security behind gates 3&4. Slowest baggage claim of any other airport visited. Second time flying to MGM, two separate carriers, and baggage claim has taken 30 minutes to retrieve luggage both visits. While waiting for baggage to arrive rainwater dripping out of the ceiling onto the floor adjacent to baggage claim.

Great little airport.  Super helpful staff. I left my computer in a bathroom just before a flight today at 330pm. Gentlemen attending was fab and escorted me to police where they expedited its return and I made my flight.  Charming and lovely clean facility.  It would have been  full stars... but the onsite restaurant was not good. Avoid the food.  Worse than your old elementary cafeteria. Bright note. The convenience shop vanilla frappe was the best ever. Forgot to note earlier, hence the edit.

If you bring a carry-on and they hate check it through the airport you’re coming through for you to pick up at the MGM gate, Montgomery Regional Airport will likely send it to baggage claim anyway. THEN, they will proceed to  take anywhere between 40 minutes and an hour to put bags on the baggage claim belt. This has happened to me the last 3 times I’ve flown into Montgomery. I will just have to fly into Birmingham and drive an hour to Montgomery because it is absolutely ridiculous to have that as your standard.  7/12/2023 My carryon was gate-checked in Charlotte, NC. Flew on American Airlines. Landed at 10:37 PM. Arrived at the gate at 10:40 PM. Was told my gate-checked bag would be sent to baggage claim instead. Went to baggage claim immediately. Baggage belt did not begin rolling until 11:25 PM. That’s 45 minutes after arriving at the gate. And this happens EVERY. TIME. Montgomery Airport Managers, if you need more staff, then I suggest you go on a hiring spree. If this is the way you choose to operate, I suggest you take these complaints and reconsider your structure. I had to prepare for a wedding, and your continued carelessness caused stress on me and all of the other passengers who just wanted to go HOME.

Went in to pick up my rental that I paid for and the person act like she didn't see my paid reservation! She tried to rent me a standard size car for premium prices! It's more of the rental places! They are all scams

Took a military family member to get on a flight to go to training and an employee inexplicably changed the flight and said my family member could not board her original flight even though they made it in plenty of time. Due to the lazy and poor attitude of this employee my family member lost luggage and could not make it to the trading on time and was forced to turn right back around to come home. Loosing an opportunity they worked so hard to have. We are very disappointed In the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of this employee. They ruined an opportunity for a US Soldier to further their career. I would NOT recommend this airport under any circumstances if this is the type of staff they have. Horrible experience and that employee needs to find another place of employment.  Signed a very angry veteran and sibling to a current service member.

It’s a small airport and needs some update. The bathrooms by gate 1 is not very clean or functional. I went into two different stalls which had broken hooks. Bathrooms are the basic needs of travel and that’s unfortunate they don’t keep it maintained.  The bag retrieval took a long time here compared to other airports.  The TSA was fine.

Had to check carry-on luggage in Charlotte for the commuter plane. Understood. Flight arrived on time in Montgomery at 10:37 PM. Made it to the gate at 10:40 PM Passengers were advised that carry-on would be issued as passengers got off the ramp. Not so. Several regular MGM Airport patrons stated it would take 20 minutes before we get our luggage. "It's always that way." No desk personnel 40 minutes and counting Another set of passengers arrived. Belt motor starts at 11:24. This is an unnecessary inconvenience  ... Fix this, please, and NOW. Thank you
