I've lived at Monticello Park for a year now and I think management has been doing an excellent job. My apartment is excellent. I think our management, care takers and other employees have been doing a wonderful job.the kitchen has some delicious meals for us all. The activity director has done a great job providing bingo, sing alongs and exercise - floor by floor since there can't be large groups. Overall the management and staff have done a great job getting us through the pandemic and I personally want to "Thank You!"
I moved here in December 2019, my apartment is comfortable, every staff member that has helped me has been pleasant and caring. I have yet to meet anyone who is cranky or unpleasant. During this pandemic I'm quite comfortable emotionally, I miss the other residents, but we get to play bingo and exercise weekly. Even though its smaller groups, it is nice to say hi from a distance.
I cannot express my gratitude to the caregivers and other staff at your facility who give so much care and love for my dad. Thank you so much from all of his family.
Worst place to work and live the kitchen staff is the worst Attitudes hostile environment straight mental anguish the kitchen staff bump into you and say here in their way they throw pens at you and the food taste like mush and disgusting and it looks and taste gross the worst I’ve ever seen in any retirement senior community living home this is the worst senior citizen home committee of ever worked out and have walks into if you’re thinking of applying here stop yourself at the door and do not apply here it is the worst mental anguish place
The lunch menu is awesome, lots of activities for the folks, plenty of room to move around and the information desk is available as soon as you walk in should you have questions or need directions
