On behalf of the Board of Education, administration and staff, welcome to the Monticello School District. Here we believe there is nothing more important than your child’s education. Each and every day our highly qualified staff focuses on preparing students to become world ready citizens prepared to meet the challenges of the future.
Our schools offer an array of opportunities designed to encourage the development of the entire student. Our class sizes, with low student-teacher ratios, provide a caring and stimulating learning environment appropriate for each student. Monticello offers all the benefits of a small school district, while using innovative technology to expand learning far beyond classroom walls.
Our staff is committed to helping every student to grow, learn and excel. At Monticello, we provide expanded course offerings, co-curricular programs and access to technology rarely seen in small schools. We believe this is a winning combination that encourages students to discover their strengths and reach their full potential.
