My son had the best party ever and I know it was due to the team at Moon Bounce Galaxy! They were first class all the way! The communication before the event was top-notch and they showed up with plenty of time to setup for the party! The staff was extremely professional and the actual owner stayed to ensure that everything ran smoothly. First class customer service from beginning to end! All at a very reasonable price! I am already looking forward to using this company again! One last thing… RENT THE FOAM MACHINE!!!! Everyone loved it! The kids had so much fun and we got the best pictures!

The entire team was great. Very easy to work with from the beginning. I was outside their normal service area and they worked with me for a very fair additional fee to accommodate our party. The communication was excellent and the team showed up on time and had the princess bounce house set up and ready to go in no time at all. After the party they showed up and broke down quickly. Very friendly delivery and setup team, smooth experience all around. Would not hesitate to use again.

I LOVE Moon Bounce Galaxy LLC!!! I have been a customer with them for 3 years now and they have been 10/10. Great customer service! Flexible schedules! They drop off earlier than other companies! I have referred 2 more people to them and they say the same. All of the equipment they have is safe and clean! The response time with email is quick! And easy and flexible payment plan as well!  And the drivers delivering them are very nice and get the job done quickly! I honestly wish I could hire them every month all year long.   I mainly order the moon-bounces but they also have canopies, tables chairs! I would definitely recommend to everyone!

We rented a castle moon bounce for our sons 1st birthday. The service was great, the pricing was reasonable. They arrived early to setup, they were polite and very fast. The kids enjoyed themselves. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them for future events.

They were great! On time friendly and reliable! The moon bounce obstacle course was a hit with big and little kids! The baby play yard was great for the toddlers! Everyone was so helpful and nice! Will be using them again for my next corporate or home event!!

So professional and went above and beyond. We initially ordered a bounce house from another company who then canceled on us same day. I called Sam from Moon bounce Galaxy and told him what happened.  He was able to provide us a moonbounce and delivered it within a couple hours just in time for my son's birthday party.  He even delivered to us and we were out of his service area.  Thank you so much Moon Bounce Galaxy for going above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing customer service, fair price, and great equipment. I highly recommend Moon Bounce Galaxy for all of your party needs. The staff is so friendly, the payment system is great, and the dunk tank was in great working order. Will be using them again!

Great company. We had an event and decided on a moon bounce last minute. They were not only helpful getting us a moonbounce on such short notice, they also got it to the venue and setup quickly. Everyone I spoke to from start to finish was friendly. We will def use them again!

Moon Bounce Galaxy was great! They were very responsive to my many questions. I even forgot to order an item and they upgraded me with no question! They also did an early drop off!! Highly recommend! My daughter and her friends enjoyed the princess moon bounce!

Moon Bounce Galaxy was wonderful throughout the entire booking, planning, and delivery process. They responded very quickly to all emails and were willing to work with me when our party time was up in the air and when the weather looked iffy. The delivery team was great as well. I would definitely book with them again!
