I have been a devoted customer for nearly three years, and I can't speak highly enough about their exceptional service. The knowledgeable staff has always been incredibly helpful, providing expert advice and guidance on canine nutrition. The quality of their raw dog food is top-notch, leading to significant improvements in my dog's health. Plus, the convenience of ample parking, especially before 3pm, makes every visit stress-free. I highly recommend this store to fellow dog owners looking for premium raw dog food and excellent customer service.

I would like to thank the gentleman that was helping me here today. It was the best customer service I have ever received! I came in today asking for wet food for my 4y old cat who just had a congestive heart failure. The gentleman working today went absolutely above and beyond looking up the best food choices for my cat. He also was extremely sympathetic and left me feeling a a lot better about the entire situation. I will be forever grateful and will shop here again. I highly recommend this store! Their passion for pets and nutrition is unmatched

I've been shopping with Moonlight Natural Pet store for past 6 months and they are by far one of the best pet store in Vancouver.  The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful without being judgmental and pushy.  I have a 17 year old dog who is  very selective what he will and can eat due to health issues.  Moonlight has been so helpful helping me find the right food for him, answering all my questions and even gave me samples for my dog to try before committing to a full sized bag.   Also, they have one of the best selection of raw dog food in the city at decent prices.  If you are looking to support a small local independent business, pls give this store a shot.

Moonlight was fabulously fast in getting my order to me in Ontario whilst on holidays! Thank you for the little extra treat for my black lab, Walt. He loved the dried salmon snacks! Felt like getting the same wonderful customer service when we go to your store! Thanks all.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Moonlight. I have so much gratitude to everyone on their team for always caring so much for helping me find what I need for my pets. They go above and beyond anything I've experienced at any other pet food/supply store and I always recommend them for paw-rents considering dietary changes to higher quality food of any format. Their delivery option is really convenient and their points program is the best I've found I may or may not have done the math to compare to other options =P  I also appreciate how they listen and consider bringing in other brands, product categories, etc. Thank you Moonlight!

Bought online and it was delivered the very next day! I had a small issue with one of the items I bought but the store was quick to fix it! Fair prices and great customer service, so it's my favourite pet store in town!

I placed an order after finding out I couldn't buy the CBD oil that I use for my cat directly from the manufacturer anymore.  Moonlight had the oil for the same price and shipped it the next day.  They also included a little treat for my kitty.  Will definitely re-purchase from Moonlight!

Had a great experience shopping at Moonlight Natural Pet Store, the only store that had the rain poncho I wanted for my dog in his size.  Shipping was great, it came quickly & the Packaging was great small enough to fit in my mailbox small recyclable paper box. Great experience!  Thank you & we wish your small business great success.

A local gem, I’ve been going to Moonlight for about 7 years. They are a cut above the big chain stores. The owners Eb & Jo are super knowledgeable — they helped me to discover foods that work for my explosive  terrierist when everything else didn’t work. We’ve been loyal fans ever since.  As well as nutritious pet food & treats, they have the BEST selection of dog gear in the GVRD, which includes local brands as well as premium e.g. Hurtta.  They’re one of few shops that will deliver to the North Shore regularly, and the delivery communication is great.

The staff are kind and knowledgeable, I love shopping at Moonlight!  Also they are wonderful with my reactive pup, we go in when it isn't busy and the staff are very sweet and patient with our anxious boy. We love Moonlight!
